Manager or shift leader that works evenings is absolutely terrible. He hates taking long orders, gets vocally upset and rushes the customer by trying to finish their sentences for them, then rushing at the window. 2nd time I’ve dealt with him and am leaving this review it hopes he reads it. Dude, you suck. He always does that thing where they tell you to reverse behind the pole then come forward to cheat their window time. Super annoying. I heard him arguing with his peer too, and partially blaming me after forgetting my chili that I mentioned twice while he was rushing me. Anyway, the guy needs a reality check and learn how to speak to people. Fire the guy or get him some therapy.UPDATE: Realized when I got home he didn’t give me the order of nuggets I paid for. Screw this guy.

Arrived at drive thru and was told that if I wanted to order, I’d have to come inside. I did and a staff member was cursing and arguing with another worker about the fact that nobody was taking our order. Not sure what the role of the person cursing is but she was clearly upset at another worker for not taking orders. It was like 5 of us waiting and I waited a few minutes before I left since the environment was hostile and uncomfortable. What a horrible location.

The drive thru area is dark and I had to sit at the speaker a while before my order was taken. Then I was asked to park by the first window which was closed until she call me to come forward. I did not feel comfortable with this situation.

This place is usually good. The staff is good in my opinion.Lately I've noticed that the salads are a bit old, wilted, or the meat is dry. But it wasn't a big deal. Until today, when I found a roach leg in my salad. Totally lost my appetite and I had to go back to work so I didn't have time to go back.

Employees were playing music so loud that they couldn’t even take my order correctly and were missing part of my order. I speak with the lady in the window, but because it was so loud, she couldn’t hear me to a point that I started to shout to get her attention. When one of her coworkers saw me he tapped her on the shoulder so she can notice me. It took about 15 minutes to get my food and I had to go in my bank to check the transaction since they didnt give me my receipt.
