I just got the worst excuse for a burger I’ve ever seen. Meat and bacon burnt to a crisp and they didn’t give me a receipt. I should have known why they didn’t give me a receipt. Stay away from this place.
Rude staff night shift window. Kid told me WHAT DO YOU WANT “sir”

The chicken sandwiches and fries were good and fresh, we got two different flavors of the new frosties, they both were amazing 10/10 .Going back real soon :)
Up charge false advertisement, do not give out receipts. I tried to contact corporate. NO LUCK HORRIBLE that's why McDonald's is king. Unfortunately. Sad
Received wrong breakfast sandwich, and tortilla on burrito was dry and fell apart. Didn’t even get a receipt for transaction because Cashier was so into her conversation with other employee.
It's ok. I would like the baps to have been cooked more.
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Jenny at Wendy's, and I just had to share my experience! From the moment I approached the drive-thru, Jenny's warm and welcoming demeanor stood out. She took the time to ensure my order was perfect, patiently answering my questions and making thoughtful recommendations. Her politeness was refreshing and made my visit feel more personal, something you don’t often see in fast-food drive-thrus these days.
What really made my day, though, was when Jenny upsold me by asking if I wanted cookies. I thought, “Of course!” and it was just the perfect addition to my meal. For someone who was having a rough day, that little touch made all the difference.
Additionally, I noticed how well the team worked together under the guidance of their manager, who clearly fosters a great work environment. It’s evident that the manager values exceptional customer service, as Jenny’s attitude reflected that positive atmosphere. Thank you, Jenny and the entire team, for making my day a little brighter! Wendy's is lucky to have such dedicated individuals on their staff!
They say the dining room is open until 10 PM. I don’t know when it closed, but it closed before 10 PM. I don’t have a car. I’m staying at a hotel. And walked over here. I can see the workers inside because they looked out at me as I tried to open the door. I’m sure this is laziness that they don’t want to stay open until 10 like their sign says.
Didn't have items after purchasing it on their kiosk in front of restaurant
There was a bit of a language barrier but we managed to get what we needed to order. Just was a little bit dirty on the inside

If you’re looking for the SpongeBob promotion, save your money. They don’t have the special box, burgers don’t have enough of the special sauce to call this a special burger. Take this with a grain of salt because I feel cheated on but if I’m going to spend $12 on a unique burger then actually make it unique. Unfortunately SpongeBob reputation took a big hit for this one.

Me and my friend ordered saucy nuggets 6 honey bbq and fries then we laughed about something else and the lady said “are you going to laugh or order” then they took so long to give our order they come to us and give us the wrong nuggets got spicy bbq and they didn’t even taste like bbq just spicy and i got coke it didn’t even taste like coke tasted like lime and we only go one straw out of two drinks the food tasted really weird too weird too worst Wendy’s experience ever.
