Today, Sunday, March 17, at approximately 11:50 am, I received extremely poor service. It is true that I did not warn in advance that the burger was without vegetables, but the manager told me: “next time.” I ordered Coca Cola Zero and when he gave it to me it was almost transparent and had a bad taste. He told me to wait until he was going to change the mixture, which I should wait about 5 minutes. So at that moment I ask him if he can exchange the hamburger that was for the child and he answers: I'm sorry, I already made it. I asked him to give me my money back because I no longer wanted the order. The question is: was there a need for this? What did it cost him to change my hamburger? Should I wait for him to solve his problem and not help me with mine? I am a client and also a resident of the area.

this wendy’s is the worst of them all i went there with my boyfriend and i had asked for no mayo bc i’m allergic and a specified that and they still put it on my burger then THE MANAGER MIND U starts flirting with my boyfriend right in front of me when we were complaining about mayo being on my burger she still ignores me the entire time that manager needs to be fired for being so unprofessional bc i’m a manager and i would’ve never ever treated a customer how she was treating meDietary restrictions: egg allergy mayo allergy

I just ordered two Dave doubles with two long fries and 6 nuggets. The bill totaled 25 dollars and I arrived at my house and they did not give me the nuggets and they charged me for them and I must clarify that this is not the first time and they never give me the bill. It bothers me too

I've been going here for awhile usual everyone is nice but today was one of the bad days to start of they had a bad attitude since the beginning when I was trying to order I wasn't getting the names right so I show her I picture she ignored me completely and got it wrong when tride to ask for a bag or a cup holder since it was a big order they got mad and started to get more attitude and more rude.Hopefully they can improve their service
