Breakfast takes 15 minutes with the place empty, and they charge for a Baconator Breakfast but send a sausage instead. There is no organization whatsoever.

I speak fluent Spanish and English, but was surprised the staff didn’t seem to know any English. I ordered Baconator Fries — the cheese wasn’t melted, the fries were soggy and stale, and they didn’t have the extra cheese I asked for. When I politely mentioned it, the response felt disrespectful, insisting they had extra cheese, even though that wasn’t the only problem with the fries. They did replace them with fresh fries after a few minutes, which were fine.

Leo at the drive thru was amazing and so kind! I was having a bad day and he met me with a smile and was so kind. He was also great about my order when I made a mistake. Made my day :)!
I always like the food that Wendy's has. The burgers are really good for fast food. They also have really good chili. I also really like the baked potato. The service is also really good. I haven't had any problems with the service. If you get the app they have really good deals. The deals are always a lot less and you get a lot more. You also get rewards.
