I speak fluent Spanish and English, but was surprised the staff didn’t seem to know any English. I ordered Baconator Fries — the cheese wasn’t melted, the fries were soggy and stale, and they didn’t have the extra cheese I asked for. When I politely mentioned it, the response felt disrespectful, insisting they had extra cheese, even though that wasn’t the only problem with the fries. They did replace them with fresh fries after a few minutes, which were fine.

I always like the food that Wendy's has. The burgers are really good for fast food. They also have really good chili. I also really like the baked potato. The service is also really good. I haven't had any problems with the service. If you get the app they have really good deals. The deals are always a lot less and you get a lot more. You also get rewards.

The women that work there are so nice. I pulled up at 1025 to get my burger she said it will be 5 minutes. She brought it out to me with a big smile. How nice! And it was good! Not sloppy. I work out there once in a while. I'll be back.

I ordered at the drive thru and I wanted to try out the new Cajun Crunch sandwich but the lady at the speaker didn’t understand what I was saying she got it after I explained what it was on the menu when I got the food it was just a spicy chicken with only lettuce and tomato nothing like the Cajun crunch. Like it’s really not that hard to get a simple order right or at least have a decent customer service to understand and communicate with the customer, that’s just the bare minimum. Ruined my lunch break
