The women that work there are so nice. I pulled up at 1025 to get my burger she said it will be 5 minutes. She brought it out to me with a big smile. How nice! And it was good! Not sloppy. I work out there once in a while. I'll be back.

I ordered at the drive thru and I wanted to try out the new Cajun Crunch sandwich but the lady at the speaker didn’t understand what I was saying she got it after I explained what it was on the menu when I got the food it was just a spicy chicken with only lettuce and tomato nothing like the Cajun crunch. Like it’s really not that hard to get a simple order right or at least have a decent customer service to understand and communicate with the customer, that’s just the bare minimum. Ruined my lunch break

I recently ate at Wendy’s, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was super delicious and also very affordable. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I ate here 2 days ago, the lady's attention was excellent, the food was not. The meat was raw on more than half of the burger. It's not safe to eat that raw.
One star because there isn't a negative. After waiting for almost 10 min , got home and saw they didn't put the receipt in the bag, they didn't put cheese in my sandwich though I paid for it, asked for no lettuce on one of the sandwiches so they left the lettuce and didn't put the tomatoes, ( even though the screen said it), fries are old and cold. Considering never going back, especially night shift. That store has lost their quality.

I arrived to pick up a mobile order, I went to the counter and informed the employee I placed a mobile order, she said okay, walked away. After a few minutes she went and got someone who seemed like she was the manager, she came and asked for my name, she said okay 5 minutes. Five minutes passed and I asked if I could at least have the cup for the drink while I waited… the same girl rang me up and tried to charge me for a drink, I again showed her my mobile app with the receipt to tell her that I already bought one, she said okay and left the counter. I continued to wait several minutes later until I asked how much longer, the manager came back and again asked for my name and I showed her my app again, within one minute the entire order was ready. The first employee clearly did not know what she was doing nor did she appear to speak any English to be helpful to assist me after several interactions. With all of the employees that walked passed me and look at me waiting and clearly had no intention to ask me what I was waiting for, like no one would willingly hangout in a Wendy’s for fun, so if you see a customer waiting for over 10 minutes, in a fast food restaurant.. you’d think to ask them if they needed help, that’s like customer service basics. And I understand this is miami and English is a second language if at all for most, but st the very least you’d think there would be at least one employee that spoke English to help non-Spanish speaking customers, especially the manager on duty. Additionally, maybe if the manager removed her music-AirPods from her ears when speaking with customers, that might mitigate further customer service issues.

Adding to the list of disappointing reviews. I don't know how this location has 4 stars but please avoid it like the plague. Ordered over $30 worth of food for it all besides ONE sandwich to be cold.. I don't mean warm.. literally cold. Like it was never under a warmer or anything. We asked for our order to be remade and they took the order and re-dropped the fries and nuggets after they were in our possession which is a huge no no but then they also microwaved all of our sandwiches with the lettuce and buns still on them. The food was disgusting and we are now praying we don't get sick. I went out of my way to go to this location because it actually had 4 stars and I was bamboozled. Avoid at all costs! Just gross and a waste of money.
