Typically, the associates (Luis, Anthony, among other associate that I know) at this Wendy's are very professional, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. Today I went at 11 p.m., and a manager and her associate started laughing because I used the Wendy's app. The question is, what's the purpose of the app? I assume it's to track customer loyalty and, in turn, Wendy's provide the gratitude thru de coupons, right? This manager showed she excellence in leadership. He deserves Kudos of the week (lol)

I recently had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding team member at wendy’s. His name is Luis on night shift. He had such a friendly attitude, It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. I believe Luis deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. He is a true asset for this location and definitely deserves a raise for his exceptional service! Thank you Luis
