Recently visited Miami from Texas and Lyft to my nearest Wendy’s location and was excited they were open only To be told they couldn’t serve me because I wasn’t physically in a vehicle even after we witnessed the customer prior to us doing this as well. Then we ask the customer behind us and they refused to allow Him to order on our behalf due to him Being in a car. Worst Wendy’s located I’ve ever been to.

At 6:45 am the server in the drive thru was very polite. I didn't go inside but the parking lot was clean and well kept.

usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at Wendy’s was really disappointing. The food came out lukewarm, and the fries were stale as if they had been sitting out for a while. Service was slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or friendly. The dining area wasn’t very clean either — tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back.

I just try to eat there and I ask if I can use the bathroom and the manager Iris says that both bathrooms just broke and lie and do not let me use it . After I left she send one of her employees and say that I can use it after I left and I deside not to buy anything since this horrible customer service . Is illegal to denied the use of the PUBLIC BATHROOM SPECIALLY TO THE CUSTOMERS! THAT MANAGER SHOULD NOT HACE THAT POSITION SINCE DEFINITELY DO NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A MANAGER POSITION ON A RESTAURANT IN USA!
