I just try to eat there and I ask if I can use the bathroom and the manager Iris says that both bathrooms just broke and lie and do not let me use it . After I left she send one of her employees and say that I can use it after I left and I deside not to buy anything since this horrible customer service . Is illegal to denied the use of the PUBLIC BATHROOM SPECIALLY TO THE CUSTOMERS! THAT MANAGER SHOULD NOT HACE THAT POSITION SINCE DEFINITELY DO NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A MANAGER POSITION ON A RESTAURANT IN USA!

Food is good but they keep messing up the orders. I ordered on Uber eats and got a medium meal and received a small meal. With no sauce!

I just came from ordering my food in a 2 door Honda to get food. And the managers tone was hostile and want to tell me to turn my music down. Close the window. Everybody in there needs retraining on customer service cause I'm not coming back if she thinks she runs that store like a tryant. Don't play with me little girl I get paid as much as 2 of your employees in there for $12 an hour.

Terrible service, terrible everything, especially the customer service. My office placed an order and due to their mistake, it seems they gave the food to a delivery man. The manager named Barbara, instead of solving the problem, doubted that we were right. I will NEVER go back to that place.
