I found out later you are the manager no doubt first class service executed the drive through line flawlessly. Record time food was hot. Amazing service on all levels. worst customer service ever. the cashier asked what I wanted and walked away without letting me know anything. then they take 10min to come back and ask what I'd like to order. The associates are all on their phone and with a slow paste. They all look very high. definitely not coming back to this one. i used to work at wendy's and I know this isn't how it's supposed to be operated.

10/17/24 at 9:37pm, I ordered a Big Bacon Classic Large with a chili and a Coke Lime. They said they had no chili so I took the fries. Then they said they had no other drinks except lemonade. I said fine give me the lemonade. Then turned around and charged me extra for it. How are they going to be selling combos with no drinks? And if you're going to substitute something with something else because you don't have it, it should be the same price. How are you going to penalize the customer because your inventory off? Such a turn off...

Please trust me with this review y’all but this Wendy’s is absolutely terrible, I’ve tried to give this Wendy’s multiple chances to redeem themselves and they still disappoint me. I order chicken nuggets and a Dave’s combo. Every time I order my food is always cold and my chicken nuggets always have these little white spots on them as if they were in a wet spot for hours. Every time I’m disappointed, they food is very kaka, don’t waste your money Ik you not balling if you going to Wendy’s please be real. Go to a different Wendy’s, don’t waste y’all money, TRUST!!
