Young lady at the window this morning today was very disrespectful I asked for jelly she said they didn’t have any jelly. I asked for syrup she then said I had to pay for syrup. It’s breakfast why should I be paying for syrup. So ketchup is the only thing that’s free. I ordered breakfast I cannot eat my breakfast without any jelly or syrup so I asked for my money back and she started cursing using profanity. SMH

Every time I come to this Wendy's is a big disappointment except for morning shift. No problems there but night shift don't care about lobby. All they care about is drive thru and then when you get mad and say something people have an attitude. If you have someone at the front register to take orders then there wouldn't be a problem.

Today I placed an order to pick up at the drive-thru, the older lady who served me at the second window made me go back to the first one, when they never deliver pick-ups there, I waited a few minutes and she called me from the second window again to come by there, it was a total mockery of me, she didn't put out napkins, the fries were reheated and all spilled inside the bag, you guys should think about how to improve customer service, first time this has happened to me at this Wendy's location

I don’t believe the coffees are being made correctly! I go to other locations and they are served in a different kind of cup and they taste amazing! This cold foam coffee I purchased today doesn’t appear to have any foam and it doesn’t taste the best like my previous experiences at different locations. Usually the coffees have a thicker viscosity. And they don’t keep a trashcan outside.

I had a small water bottle and stopped in to ask if I could fill it with water. The rude employees just stood there and stared at me for about five seconds, and said hmmmmm mmmmm I don’t know. You want to use the fountain? Hmmmmmmmm I can’t let you do that. I said it’s just water, and they said I could have a very very small water cup for $.62. They were super rude and took so long to even answer my question to start with that I could have filled up my small water bottle and been out of the store already. Thanks for literally nothing. I will never step foot back in this Wendy’s over this situation.

Oh my. Feel for the owner here. These kids don’t give a crap about service. July 24th 9:25 pm. The person at the window should have never been moved off the fry machine.
