I don’t believe the coffees are being made correctly! I go to other locations and they are served in a different kind of cup and they taste amazing! This cold foam coffee I purchased today doesn’t appear to have any foam and it doesn’t taste the best like my previous experiences at different locations. Usually the coffees have a thicker viscosity. And they don’t keep a trashcan outside.

I had a small water bottle and stopped in to ask if I could fill it with water. The rude employees just stood there and stared at me for about five seconds, and said hmmmmm mmmmm I don’t know. You want to use the fountain? Hmmmmmmmm I can’t let you do that. I said it’s just water, and they said I could have a very very small water cup for $.62. They were super rude and took so long to even answer my question to start with that I could have filled up my small water bottle and been out of the store already. Thanks for literally nothing. I will never step foot back in this Wendy’s over this situation.

Oh my. Feel for the owner here. These kids don’t give a crap about service. July 24th 9:25 pm. The person at the window should have never been moved off the fry machine.
Very poor service. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to assist us. No one welcomed us or offered any help, and we were left waiting without explanation. We left immediately. I do not recommend this place.

Every time I go the people in the drive thru are awesome and my food is always fresh and hot 🔥 love it I will keep going for that legendary service .. thanks to the staff that were there at 11:00 pm

Each time I come to this Wendy's ever purchase anything because they have the slowest cashier and very poor attitude from the staff towards the customer. I end up leaving each time

This place is the worst Wendy's I have gone to. Took forever to get a person to come to the counter. I ordered a Baconator sandwich and a small drink. Being that I am diabetic they had no diet drinks on the menu. The regular sugar drinks were only a few at that. When I sat to eat my sandwich I found about half of the usual bacon. They're lucky I'm giving it a two!

At 9:04 pm 4/8/25 I was in the middle of placing a mobile order here and needed to use the restroom so i politely asked for a key or if they can unlock it for me. An older Haitian lady refused to do so as she strongly believed i'm not a customer. I thought it was weird and explained that it's an emergency and that i'm trying to place a mobile order and instead of listening, 3 other BOH workers came to the counter and began bantering and making fun of me. Calling me names because i corrected them in their policy.
As a person of color, our kind shouldn't be using swear words and violence when working customer service. I was then threatened to be punched and they threw a cup at me. I had to call the police and the workers and manager has yet to be removed. I live across the street from this place and now i can no longer feel safe there until corporate evaluates and fixes the mess here.
I don't want others suffering from the lack of care this place has so don't be surprised if you guys are thrown with a lawsuit. I have no problem restoring North Miami Beach and taking you guys to court.
