The Customer Service here is awful. Everyone that works here has a restless face. They treat you very rude. They don’t care about Customer Service. They will not solve anything that you ask them to solve. I have had multiple issues at this location with incorrect orders, incomplete orders and then you ask for help and they get mad because of something they did wrong in the first place. They took my order wrong at the drive through, I read the order back to make sure nothing was missing got to the window after a 20 minutes wait, and once again… they got it wrong. I asked for the additional items at the window and the guy told me I had to go around or come inside, I asked again to please just add the two missing items because I had a baby in my car and he screamed “ I AM TELLING YOU I AM NOT ADDING ANYTHING ELSE TO YOUR ORDER, I am on a timer” Someone has to do something about this, I do not know his name but he is skinny, tall and has black hair and tanned skin, working the afternoon shift at 5:00pm on Sept 2nd as I am writing this review. It does not take that much to be nice.

The sausage biscuit was good.Nice and buttery worth the 2 for $3 deal.Unfortunately I asked for caramel cold foam brew and the caramel was nonexistent.If anything it tasted like sweet nothing.

Placed an order for breakfast at 6:30 when they store opened when I got to the store at 6:45 and went through the drive through no one came to the speaker box. Then I said hello and a very very nasty voice and tone came out the speaker box from a lady name DOROTHY she said we ain’t got nothing yall gotta come back at 7 that’s all we can do, with the nastiest attitude allll because yall didn’t show up on time for work just because the store opens at 6:30 doesn’t mean that’s when yall are supposed to show up. But she’s always nasty when coming to this location.

Disgusting. I ordered a small Dr.pepper on the mobile app drank the whole thing, then proceeded to eat the ice. Let me tell you, I look in the cup, and low and behold there is hair in my cup and the ice is literally merky. I then realized the taste of the disgusting ice. I then called the location and was very disappointed. they were super rude and also hung up on me when i called. I called back and was told “that’s just how our ice is.” DISGUSTING.. You know your ice machine is dirty? You clean it not continue to serve it to costumers. I was very disappointed by the treatment and the cleanliness of the drink i was given. (Picture even thought you can’t really tell.. I washes out the dr pepper so that’s just the color of the ice)

This is the worst Wendy’s the customer service is so horrible I am homeless and came in with my bike before I can even ask if I can put my bike inside because I placed an order for pickup this lady who had on a manager shirt started yelling at me and my husband about the bikes her name is Dorothy. I stated that I don’t have a bike lock and I placed an order and no one was in the Wendy’s like not one customer but still she wouldn’t even let me explain that part but also she only said something to me because my husband went in first with his bike and she didn’t say anything but then I come in and she yells at me. Once again her name is DOROTHY. If a corporate person sees this you need to visit this location.

I had put a mobile order. I had an order number, confirmation and receipt. The lady at the window who is also a manager apparently refused to make our order and then CALLED THE COPS ON US!!!! The poor cops came and told us not to worry but this is unacceptable behavior for a “manager”. She refused to give her name but here’s a picture. Left with NO FOOD OR REFUND.
