Went to this wendy's last night. And i thought it has changed but no. Bad customer service hardly no one spoke english ordered a vanilla frosty and got a differeny kind of frosty. ( why on the board it says vanilla if theres no vanilla)? One of the young employees had bad attuitude for no reason. All the empolyees were talking to each other. No no i kept my cool because i would have been mean back and thats not polite. Specially in retail i know how it feels.

Terrible service, they make you wait and to make matters worse they take the order wrong, you rectify it and they take it wrong again, the girls don't show the slightest interest in what they do, check the receipt, because they don't give it either

Becarefull and ask for your receipt. Deceptive business practices. I oredered two $5 meal deals so $10 + tax at 7% is $10.70 they charge me $13.27. I asked for the receipt and the manager said it was somewhere in the garbage. By the way I had to wait in the drive thru like 10 min for the fries to get done but they should real work on the quality of making the burger. It was bad. Not going there again and I suggest you don't either.

This Wendy is a waste of time and money for everyone. Got to the Wendys orderd my food and the guy said if I can pull up so they can make my food fresh. Not a problem but when opened my food everything if cold and dead like it's been sitting for hours.

Went there this afternoon for a quick bite to eat after work and had a terrible experience. Despite the drive through being empty the young women with the red hair and nasty attitude refused to serve me at the drive through because i was on a motorcycle saying I had to come inside to order. I parked and came inside only to see them serving a car that came in after me so the drive through was NOT closed. On top of that they got my order wrong and refused to fix it saying that I Would have to pay for the order a second time if I wanted it fixed. Will never go back to this Wendy's and you shouldn't either go to a different one.
