Why does your online profile say you close at 4 am, but your employees say you close at 3 am? I wouldn't have driven to your store at 3:10 am to be told "what Wendy's do you know that closes at 4 am" by your employees if that wasn't advertised online! #Wendy's #awfulservice #baconatorI wish I could add the SCREENSHOT that days 4am.

I ordered online the family nuggets I did not notice that there was an option to choose spicy or regular. I wanted regular nuggets because my son has an allergy to mustard and paprika. On the app I did not choose and it was on spicy nuggets which I did not notice you had the option. I went to pick up the order. I went home and tried one nugget to realize it was spicy. I went back to the Wendy’s kindly and told the cashier that I made a human error and did not notice that there was a option to choose spicy or regular and if they could please Change it for regular nuggets Because my son is highly allergic to mustard and paprika. The manager came to the window with a very nasty attitude and told me in Spanish that is not her fault that it’s my fault. I Proceeded to tell her that I understood that it was my fault. I never blamed anyone but myself that it was a human error and that my son is highly allergic to please change it or please give me a refund. I told her that there was no need for an attitude. I wasn’t blaming anyone to please change it. She ended up giving me another order of spicy nuggets telling me that she gave me regular nuggets. I went home and tried a nugget, and they were spicy nuggets. I don’t understand why you would give me spicy nuggets and tell me that they are regular nuggets after I told you, my son has allergy. As a high well known corporate family establishment, I took her word, thinking that they fixed it and gave me regular nuggets to come to find out that she gave me spicy nuggets again.I went back to the Wendy’s kindly and told her that that was rude and I was gonna call the police which I did, and I have a police report every worker there wanted to help me but the manager unfortunately her ego was more important than humanity, she was cursing in the back and saying bad things about me that is very uncalled for. God forbid, my son would’ve gone the hospital because she wanted to be spiteful Things could’ve gone really wrong. I was never rude. I never called her any names I never cursed at her and I told her that it was my fault but she continued to say that it’s not her fault. It’s my fault. I broke down into tears because I couldn’t understand why somebody would do that and be a manager in such a big establishment. I have never in my life experience this before, and I have worked in numerous Food industries even as a manager, and I would never treat someone the way that I was treated today . I’m very hurt And distraught I also had a lot of anxiety, even had an anxiety attack and broke down. I don’t understand why that person can be in such a high position. I will be contacting my attorney because as I said, I trusted the manger of your establishment when they gave me the order saying that it was regular nuggets and they were spicy if something would’ve happened to my son that would’ve been on the establishment.

Had to lower the rating from a last time I visited. In a big sign outside Wendy’s it says it’s 24 hours. It’s not. Online it says 5am but when go go through the window it’s actually open after 5:30.

I wish I could review the food but I can’t because we were not even served our food last night. The employees were so rude to me and refused to serve us our food but continued to serve the cars behind us. We then pulled up to the window and the employees refused to come to the window. I am so disappointed Wendy’s would hire people like this and will not be going to Wendy’s ever again because of this experience.

WORST WENDYS IVE EVER BEEN TO! They were so mean to me! There was absolutely no customer service or friendlyness by the employees in the drive thru. They denied my friends and I from ordering food when they were still open and still serving the cars after us. We then pulled up to the window and the employees refused to come to the window. Worst food service I've ever received. So so incredibly dissatisfied with Wendy's and the employees at this location.

Food was good but customer service is horrible. Girl in drive thru rush you when you order or have slick comment with nasty attitude. Tried dining inside and pandhandlers begging. Manager was rude about asking for sauce cup for fries.
