I really don't know why they have a low rating, I have lived near this Wendy for about 20 years, I want to clarify, they are not my friends or family and no one paid me for the comment but their service is really excellent no matter what time you go, I have been with quite a few frequently and they have always given me fresh, finished products with good quality and friendly treatment. Just today I bought a chicken salad at Pollo Tropical across the street and it was a bunch of chicken. I came to the Wendy's and the quality and service were totally different.

We went for the fame. It's a known place and we wanted to try it. Nothing out of the ordinary. Small burgers, slightly burnt fries. Certainly not the quality expected from a famous franchise. I don't see the hype trully.

Got there 1:30PM, one customer seems to be camping out for the day and the place is otherwise empty. Had to repeat and clarify the order a number of times. The condiment section is completely empty except for some ketchup. I asked at the counter for some salt, pepper, and napkins. The sleepy counterperson returns with salt. I ask for pepper and napkins. He returns with napkins. I ask for some pepper. He looks at me like some idiot wasting his time and finally gets some pepper. The fries were kind of old, but the rest of the foods was as should be. Don't come here for friendly, competent, interested service. I worked a bunch of fast food places in school and know these kinds of jobs aren't great, but this was ridiculous.
