With the amount of money if they charge you for a meal, they have the audacity to charge you for a barbecue sauce packet $.50. Telling me that only chicken nugget meals get one free sauce.. I’ve been to this place a few times and I’ve never had this happen. Just another reason to stop supporting Wendy’s. The cashier attending me looked like she was miserable. she messed up my order completely.

Went to have the $1 biscuit breakfast and was told they didn’t have it. Order some other special and were told that was no longer available as a special. At that point we just left and went to another Wendy’s!

They don’t let you know when they’re out of ingredients, they don’t put lettuce on the sandwich—just the bread and the chicken! The order was bad, and they don’t do things the way you ask. All the sauces were forgotten. The worst customer service.

Went by and picked yp lunch all but mine were fine. I ordered classic chicken and when I bit into my sandwich nothing but the chicken. No lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, not even mayonnaise.

The worst experience and customer service possible, Today 10/16 at 9 pm I go and arrive at the drive thru, I don't have a car and I walked and the manager comes out and I ask him why the dine-in was closed, speaking Spanish and the Manager with the worse and more rude attitude he tells me that if I don't speak English he couldn't help me I ask him why he tells me that if I don't speak English he wouldn't help me he denies me the Service. The name of the manager Jossep is the worst thing I have ever encountered, I will never return, Not recommended.

Breakfast including coffee are not warm. Cheese in my breakfast burrito is not melted and the store seems to not be ready for customers in the morning
