There was a problem with my order twice. I asked for them to fix it and each time the service got worse. The cashier was kind but the cook was upset. They deliberately did my order wrong each time because they were upset. They whined and complained about me asking to have my order fixed. I would not recommend this place to Wendy’s establishment to anyone. If they don’t like their job, they should find another one. Horrible place

They did not have any tea bags for the decaf tea item, but the chili and baked potato was awesome and the lemonade, offered as a substitute, will be enjoyed at a later date as I made do with hot water.Vegetarian options: Potato and sour cream and chives works. I might have placed my order wrong on the computer. Spicy chicken nuggets. Once I mentioned that I was given the wrong nuggets, the young man was extremely kind and changed my order with no fuss. He deserves a raise. What a nice attitude.

We actually decided to eat inside today and the restaurant was relatively clean and service was quick but they forgot a few of our items so I had to go back to the counter to get but otherwise everything was good.

Went there last night with a group of friends and had terrible customer service and food. When we first got to the speaker a woman said something unintelligible, when we politely asked her to repeat herself she rudely yelled at us to wait. Then, when taking out order she told us halfway through to stop ordering because we were a larger party, even though she took the orders of 3 other cars behind us. The food they did eventually give us was not the right food for one and for two was terrible, clearly cooked in old oil and stale. The day crew is fine, the night crew needs to be checked.
