This has got to be one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever ate at, the people there always seem restless, overworked they always overlook your order, they can’t seem to focus on what they have to focus on.. very disappointed every time they get my order wrong like for real. Pay attention it’s fast food this isn’t rocket science, AI needs to hurry.

I ordered my food like always and I always noticed that the hair nets are not on. I went to today and I order my burger but had to throw it out because I found strands of hair in my burger!!! I took the food apart like always to double check but this was hiding under the cheese!! When I found the hair I grabbed a paper towel to show that there is not one but two strands of hair!! All food places are suppose to wear a hair net while cooking the food or handing out the order!!

Tianna or whatever her name is ....is the rudest person I've ever encountered at the window.. why work with ppl if you hate ppl... unfriendly discusting attitude and an overall bad look for this location. She should be in the back not dealing with people. She refused to give a receipt and coins... they are definitely doing something shady at this location

Stopped in for lunch and didn’t realize I was also signing up for a sauna session — the air conditioner was broken, which made dining in quite uncomfortable. It was 92° outside, and unfortunately, it felt about the same indoors.
That said, the food was delicious, even though they were out of lettuce. The staff was friendly, helpful, and delivered phenomenal customer service. The restaurant itself was pretty clean overall, but in the middle of a South Florida summer, functioning A/C is really non-negotiable for a sit-down meal.
Hopefully they get that fixed soon — I’d love to come back when I’m not melting!

Unprofessional staff and big lines in drive thru all the time.
I enjoy Wendy’s as one of my choices of fast food restaurants. We went through the drive through recently and it was easy to enter and to pay and leave.
We tried their advertised salted caramel frosty and WOW, it was amazing. Often when they introduce new items I have enjoyed trying them and this one is definitely one of them.
Overall this Wendy’s location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. I have never had any problems. Staff is always friendly.
