The cashier named Linnet serves very poorly because she does not greet us, she did not respond to our greeting, nor is she friendly, she has a bad attitude, no customer service with her attitude, I even thought she was deaf and mute, but surprise that in the end she started to shout the name to pick up the order and of course he didn't say goodbye or thank you, not even a single smile ufffffThe bland burger and the dry fries, the only good thing was the fanta that I could serve to my likingPlease change the staff who serve with a smile at least or who greet even if it is out of obligation but who make you feel good, that's why the food made me feel bad.Thank you

Make sure to check your bags before leaving! It's been several times I've missed food items I paid for in my order, and I noticed that once I arrive home, it is not worth driving back to complain.Also, drive through personal have cero customer service skills they are rude and only speak back to you if you say hello, you can be on your car waiting forever before they ask for your order

Wish i were lying, but they left the bacon off both my junior b a c o n cheeseburgers, I chose to upgrade to the biggie bag, but it was a waste of time and money bc the fries were saggy and lukewarm. I'm not even disappointed bc it's Wendy's, but ??‍♀️ doggo enjoyed the fries!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO START WITH. THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND DID NOT SHOW NO CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLINED EXPERIENCE. WAS ABOUT A ADVERTISING FOR THE FISH COMBO. WAS ADVERTISED AT $6.29 COMBO AND WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW I WAS CHARGED ALMOST $12.00 RIDICULOUS. I ASKED TO HONOR THEIR MISTAKE AND SHE SAID DEFINITELY NOT. BUT IS THE WAIT SHE ACTED. MANAGER SAID THAT WILL FIX THE MISTAKE RIGHT AFTER AND I DROVE BY 2 DAYS LATER AND THE SIGN WAS STILL ADVERTISED WRONG. REST TO SHORE THAT I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

THE HAVE A SIGN FOR THE COMBO AND JUST THE SANDWICH BUT READS $10.29 FOR THE SANDWICH ONLY AND $6.29 FOR THE COMBO. so WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW I MENTIONED IT TO JESSICA SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL TELL THE MANAGER AND I ASKED TO HAVE THE ORDER HONORED AND SAID NO THAT IT IS NOT HER PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I ALSO HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 10 MINUTES TO GET IT AND THATS BECAUSE I DROVED REVERSE BACK TO THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF GAINING ONE. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS SURVEY AND BRINGS IT UP TO THE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLINED MANAGER. THIS LOCATION FOR ME DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.

My Family

Fries are always cold. The drive-thru line is long but moves fast. Workers are pleasant. They need to fix the cold fries issue.

I must say I've always been a Wendy's fan but their quality has definitely gone down tremendously. Starting from the way the food is put together, the quality of their patties, not sure if they change food suppliers or what but it has changed.The staff is pretty good but they forgot part of my order and I had to go back in to get it. They corrected it with no issues but defeated the purpose of a drive through.I still like them as a burger option over some of the other ones or there but not my first choice anymore.

This place was freezing cold....no one speaks or understands English which is ridiculous....they spell your name wrong because they don't understand a damn word of english....never eating there again...I would rather drive an extra 2 miles to another Wendy's than to deal with these idiots...
