Pulled into the drive-thru since the lobby was closed and there were no other cars in line. Right away I was told to wait before ordering, which I did — but I ended up sitting there for over 5 minutes with no response at all. I tried saying “hello?” multiple times and still got nothing. I left without being able to order.

My coworker went and ordered 3 of us food while he was on break. 2 out of the 3 orders came out incorrect. The receipts clearly say a double baconator and a single baconator. However when my coworker arrived back in the store, to our surprise the order with the single baconator had a Dave’s single inside of it. The order with the double baconator had a single son of baconator inside of it. This is unacceptable.
Stop to dine in for lunch and the Baconnator's with Fries and sodas were absolutely delicious....and we had a chocolate Frosty 🤤

CORPORATE please look into this Wendy’s EVERY NIGHT they close all their doors and only drive thru is AVAILABLE EVERY SINGLE NIGHT it’s the same issue this is UNACCEPTABLE

On 5/8/25 I went to the Cutler Bay location for lunch. Ordered a junior hamburger only ketchup. Cashier who didn't speak much English charged for a junior bacon cheeseburger and that's what we received. When I brought it back to be corrected she said that is what I ordered. I said no, I ordered a junior hamburger only ketchup. You put a jr bacon as my order. After 15 minutes I received what I asked for. Several other people speaking only English had problems too. The manager looked completely pissed off and was just yelling all in Spanish. Made it feel uncomfortable.

I went to the restaurant during my lunch break to get some food. I had ordered a medium single baconator meal. I went back to my place of work and when I checked my bag, I was given a Dave single instead of the single baconator. If I had the time, I'm would've went back to get my order corrected. Please make sure that the customers are getting what they paid for and for the customers, check the food before you leave.

Terrible service, I was trying to claim the online promo through the drive through and because the worker misunderstood me, she refused to void the order to not “get in trouble.” Will not be returning here.

I love coming when Sara the manager is working. Everything runs so smooth and fast and her whole team is very welcoming.
