I am leaving a 1 star rating because the takeout service is terrible, the staff there had trouble communicating well and things were missing from what I ordered and I had to replace them with others that I didn't want, there was no other option, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service it never fails when I come here at night Starting off with whoever is in the drive-through. All the way down to the Manager. I put a complaint to the manager and instead of talking all nicely and calm. She has an attitude and you can tell with her facial expression that she really doesn’t care I wish I got her name so I can put who it is, but I I do know she is one of the skinnier ones there. Something needs to be done about these employees. If not, I see that place going down.

I’ve been there twice this year. the first time I left because after 10 minutes waiting nobody decided to take my order, and the second time on the drive-thru the person who took my order was so rude that someone else have to intervene and finish taking my order. Don’t go there, there are better places in the area with better service

I understand why the person in charge today, September 13 at 11:10, has such a bad rating. He is a grotesque person to pay attention to. I understand that stress exists and perhaps your day was not the best but it is not the way. It almost ruined my energy.

During my recent visit, the service was far from what I expect from Wendy’s.
First, the staff at the drive thru window didn’t even seem to listen to my order properly, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Instead of addressing this, these two employees always give me an unnecessary attitude, which makes my experience frustrating. To make matters worse, I wasn’t given a receipt for my order and they also dropped my card. When my food was handed to me, it was also carelessly dropped on the street instead of being handed over politely. This kind of treatment is disappointing. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

The main reason I go to this location is because it's almost always empty. That is good because I don't like to wait but there's a reason for it. Some employees who have been there a very long time for some reason have issues and they take it out on customers. Some are just very unprofessional. When it comes to the food I can get a fair amount of food for a low price. But for example today my fries were cold and mushy. My sandwich was made very sloppy. And it seems they didn't cook my chicken nuggets long enough. They have the new style digital soda machine but half the choices weren't even available. The attitude is that they're doing you a favor working there instead of treating you like a value customer.

Came through the drive thru after making a mobile order almost 15 mintes beforehand, was told they have no mobile orders in the system. Went inside to show my order & hopefully resolve and get my food, was not attended to and saw a worker putting her bare hands on chicken nuggets to put them into a container. I may not know the context, but I can't imagine this being okay for any reason. Left without my food & feeling grossed out.

Almost $15 for a meal I place it on the drive-thru and I checked it right in them the burger the freeze everything was cold not fresh at all I told him I wanted my order fresh and hot they give me the face never apologize it was just so ghetto people it's like they don't care because they don't make enough money or something. I live in this neighborhood now I understand why the place it's always empty

Went to the Drive thru July 6,2024 in evening “west kendall Wendy’s location . “ Stayed in the parking lot to check the bag. I quickly returned to the drive thru. They didn’t seem concerned at all when I handed them the burger bun &showed them the “Moldy burger bun”. Still waiting for a phone call from a Manager.

I can’t believe anyone would come to this Wendy’s. The drive-thru service is atrocious. After ordering and arriving at the window I was told to drive around and make the line AGAIN because the food wasn’t ready. When I finally arrive at the window for the second time she tells me to park so that she can make the drinks. 15 minutes later I walk up to the window to remind her about the drinks, and she responds ‘you can’t wait?” Are you kidding me? They can’t handle 3 simple combos. We all ordered the same thing. I looked at her name tag and was shocked to learn she was the manager. She needs to be replaced immediately. Wendy’s hiring standards have reached an all time low. The best part is there’s another Wendy’s right down the road. I will not be back here. PS. The food was stale.
