The worst . To the owner. I walked into your restaurant and went to the counter . No one was there. Waited almost 5 minutes until all your staff including your manager came out of the back of the store.

I placed an order online and when I came to pick it up, they said they didn't have my order. I showed them the receipt and they stated that their was nothing they could do. Ridiculous, you'd think they thought I was trying to get a free meal or something. Terrible customer service.

The truth is that I am very happy with Wendys in general since it has been improving to the point that I love it more than any other fast food place. In this Wendys on 162 and 88, there is very good service, everything is prepared on time and it looks very clean.

The Wendy's location on has the worst customer service knows by their own managers, the lady with the blonde super nasty disgusting attitude, customer service is absolutely atrocious, asked her for a few sauces and said it was a workout, the manager with the long black hair, older lady treating her employees disrespectfully and rude, the only positive attribute was that the food was ready.
