Just decided to go to breakfast and try the new biscuit sandwiches and were very surprised. Do not normally go to the fast food burger places. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Had all of the sandwiches and the coffee was surprisingly good. The biggest surprise was that everyone spoke English. Thanks!🇺🇸

I bought several breakfast items to go around 9am this morning at this location, since the one near FIU is being renovated. Usually Wendy's has good food quality, however, most of what I ordered today was just tge opposite. The breakfast potatoes were hard as a rock, tasted stale, as if leftover from the previous day. The bread of the Baconator was equally as stale. The Cinnabon was as hard as a rock and also appeared to have been leftover from the previous day. The maple chicken biscuit was underwhelming, too, even the Coke was flat. I was too far away to return to complain in person. I won't be returning, that's for sure!

I thought when you earned points thru the app and when you want to redeem a reward from earning points it meant it was free of charge just like the McDonald apps and BK app. The manager was starting to get rude and all i had to drive away. Wow so the rewards aren't rewards since you still gotta pay.

I don't usually complain about food, but I went to this Wendy's today for breakfast through the drive-thru and got my food in a timely manner. The issue, though, my food was so hard. Like I could hardly bite on the sandwich. It was so dry and so hard I only took one bite and the other sandwich was the same. I am even uploading a picture so you can see how burnt and dry this looks.

One of the best well-kept Wendy's in West Kendall/Westchester area. Very clean, including the bathroom. Fantastic food like Wendy's should. Frosty's here are generously made, unlike some other Wendy's locations.
I used to go to this Wendy's because is close to my house...NEVER AGAIN! On Friday night I come in through the front door, and the employees start arguing about who didn't close the door. Then this disrespectul employee comes over and asks me how did I get there and orders me to leave, without being able to order my meal. Really disgusting! They had a line of around six cars, but still an employee was outside doing nothing. From now on I, gonna go to a Burguer King near by or to the Checkers just across the street! Corporate should look into this!
