Horrible customer service, the employees act like it’s a hassle when you request sauces & can’t even get your order right. In the past two weeks i have ordered around 3 times and in every order they ALWAYS give you a wrong item if not the whole orders wrong.I’m seriously getting sick of this because it’s honestly insane the fact that they can never give you the correct order. Oh and don’t even try to order a plain sandwich because it’ll NEVER be plain & sometimes they’ll even give you a completely different sandwich from what you ordered.Also to add in, they can’t seem to make a strawberry lemonade for the life of them…everytime without fail it tastes like literal sugar water. Sadly i have to put atleast one star for the review but they don’t even deserve the one star

I order a baked potato with sour cream and butter and a double stack with no cheese the sandwich was old and not fresh and very hard like it's been sitting there for a long time and the bake potato was was burnt on the bottom and the skin of tge baked potato was tough my meal for my lunch was disgusting and called 4 times now pick up the phone I left them a message you guys need to get it together noooo one wants to buy food that not fresh but old and he'll you should not give customers bad food

99% locations make the coffees wrong. Today, the presentation looks good, but the taste is wrong. There’s no actual flavor to the coffee. It’s like they forgot to add the flavored syrup! Sometimes my large coffee is 32-ounces, sometimes my Large is around 16-ounces. 🤷♀️ Wendy’s needs CONSISTENCY on making coffee!

I ordered wendys cuz me and my cousins was craving wendys soooo I ordered food for us and 2 items that I ordered didn’t came and the other was incorrect I didn’t receive the fries and I have ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich and I got one spicy and the other regular like hello y’all needa pay attention more and do it right

These guys have a scam going. They overcharge customers for food and don’t give receipts. The customer ahead of me came back after realizing they were overcharged and when I got my meal I was also overcharged.
