This place is pretty awful. The food wasn’t up to the usual Wendy’s standard, the menu choices were limited, and the service was slow and lacking any sense of urgency, which being inside an airport you’d think would be a factor as ppl are trying to grab a quick bite before catching flights.
Overall, a terrible experience. To add insult you’re forced to order from a self-service kiosk that is laggy with a terrible UI.
Options for food in Miami D concourse aren’t great, and weirdly laid out, Wendy’s is definitely worth skipping here.

The food was delicious, one of the best fast food I've ever eaten, large portions, attractively priced. But the staff is a disaster. The ladies are not very nice, as in many other opinions it is worth taking a receipt, I ordered fries with extras twice, I got regular ones twice and I had to argue, first I got one, then after further argument the second one. I ordered two large drinks, melon lemonade and ice tea with sugar, I received strawberry lemonade and ice tea without sugar. The sandwich was delicious, the fries were delicious, the drinks were quite good, but the staff takes away a lot of the satisfaction from visiting here. Take your receipts and check your orders :)

I ordered my food at the kiosk because they were super busy I paid for medium everything and I was given small when I told the blonde spanish lady that I ordered a medium she tells me they don't carry medium and gives me a small so I ask how can i change it to either a large or get my money back she gets mad catches an attitude and proceeds to give me a cup half full. I was willing to pay for the large even though the inconvenience was their fault for not letting customers know they don't have any mediums today. I am an employee at this airport just like her and I would never treat a customer that way or allow any of my stuff treat a customer that way there was other customers who were also shocked at her behavior the service at the wendys in Terminal D has always been hit or miss but today the service was absolutely horrible

I ordered a taco salad. When I opened it the tacos were missing. I went to the cashier, but unfortunately she didn't understand english. When they finally understood me, the employees laughed and showed me that there were no more. Return was not possible due to the language barrier. The salad was barely edible and full of water.
Went to the Wendy's in terminal D the man manager working hands me a bag with what I didn't order, then when I say something gets mad and prints receipt, everything I'm saying is on it. Then I wait and he put a normal potato in bag and still doesn't give me what I ordered, Eben the receipt clearly says chili cheese! Lose the attitude with your customers! When they're right apologize, not roll your eyes and talk crap in Spanish like I didn't know you were talking about me!

They Don have kids meals. We walked all the way from the other side of the airport as kids wanted wendy's. We end up getting them the regular burgers witch was not bad.
But we had to wait for around 10 minutes to get our order ready.
