I ordered through their app and specified for fresh pretzels to be made for my order. What I received instead were hard and difficult to chew. I could barely force myself to eat more than half the bag, but I didn’t want to waste the nearly $10 I spent on it! I’d visited once before, using the app, and the same thing happened. I was hoping this time would have been different but I still got old product. I won’t be back in a hurry. But at least the staff was polite.

Our next summer with kids adventure take us to Wetzel's Pretzels located inside the Dolphin Mall with a category of 5.0 and more than 13 reviews. Walking through the mall and unable to leave because of the rain, we decided to grab a snack and chose this small place. It was a perfect experience for all the kids who were with us, and that was thanks to the person who served us. She was young, but knew how to treat costumers, and even more so when you were accompanied by 19 kids. She was patient in pleasing everyone. We bought two orders, one with cinnamon and the other with salted butter. Once cooked, the kids loved it most, seeing the whole process, the preparation, how it's cooked, and then being able to enjoy the result. Thanks for the experience and recommend this place if you are in the Mall.
