We went to W Miami to celebrate my father’s birthday and we loved it! I contacted concierge to prepare a birthday card and photo and they just went above and beyond! There was a cake, prosecco, hand written card and a beautiful photo frame with our family photo! Those small details and surprises are priceless and my father will keep it forever in his memory! I had not visited Miami for several years until now, but I’m so glad I chose the W Miami for my stay. Everything about this hotel is spectacular. Location (Brickell), spa, gym, pool (great scene ?dining options, room with a view, and the incredible people/staff. From the time I pulled up, to my check in and departure, this warm, friendly, and helpful staff was phenomenal! I’ll definitely be back soon??
