Jesus christ is it a pain to be here. I ordered my food through uber eats and they gave the order to the driver incorrectly, i tried getting a refund with uber, it was a $90 order and they refunded me $11 💀. I had to come pick up the food because I wasn’t gonna stay robbed like that, I called them when I was about to head out so they could remake it and have it be fresh by the time i got there…they did not do that so i requested to have it re-made AGAIN when I got to the store. The lady told me it was going to be 15-20 minute wait and I was already stressing about that because I’m on my break at work I only have 30 minutes and that isn’t enough to do anything. I basically say okay and I sit and wait, it’s been an hour and I still haven’t received my food, every time I ask about it (which i’ve only done twice) the lady gets all bitchy and annoyed that i’m worried about my order. I swear the customer service is so shitty here like it’s not even worth the food anymore. It’s genuinely so stressful the environment is terrible and they don’t even seem hygienic. The lady at the register is literally eating a snickers bar and chewing gum while taking orders like that’s so unprofessional. After an hour and 30 minutes I just received my order and they had forgetting the dipping so I had to wait for that too. Someone also stole my drinks so they have to remake those. 💀 safe to say i’ll never come here ever again.

The worst place you can possibly come to. Very rude people from the cashier all the way to the cooks. Soda without ice. Soda taste old and smells bad. Then no mild sauce on the wings after paying $30.the cashier at 12pm nov 15 worst attitude makes you not want to even eat there.

I gave 1 star because zero was not an option. Placed my order which came to $12.19. I gave the cashier (if you want to call her that) a $20 dollar bill. She gave me my receipt along with my change which should have been $7.81, but gave me $7 and walked away. I thought she was going to get my change, but she just came back not even acknowledging me. I told her you only gave me $7, she said I don't have . 81¢ to give you. Her and I were going back and forth but what was crazy she didn't see anything wrong with not giving a paying customer their full amount of change. So I asked for the manager which was not help. Another customer tried to give me change but I did not accept it because it's not about that. Let me decide if I want you to keep my . 81¢.She didn't offer to give me $1 which would have been an additional . 19¢ she would have been given me a long with my . 81¢. So I just asked for a refund. I gave the manager the $7 back and she tried to give my $13. I told her what is this I gave you back $7 so you should be giving me $20. I don't know what kind of thing they got going on. But I told them that they all were out of their minds to think I was wrong. I personally don't know how that place is still open for business. I cashier is a straight nut job. I was just trying to help out a guy whose down on his luck who was hungry. I took him next door and got him some Asian food and they gave me my correct change.

I placed an order for delivery but the app placed it as pick up when I called the store the customer service rep was very rude when I ask for her name she said her mom did not give her a name and hang up the phone multiples times unprofessional I will never buy from this place

This location is horrible. I ordered my food and waited over an hour. Asked for a refund. It took them FOREVER to process my refund. By the time it returned back to my account 8 had forgot about it. I had to be about 2/3 months. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I recently purchased food at this location. upon my entry i felt as if i was entering a getto hair salon, all of the female employees was preoccupied with gossip, dancing and listening to music. while some staff can be seen simultaneously eating wings. i believes that some type of inspection aswell as change of staff and management must be carried out at this location.
i will never visit again
