I believe the supervisor or manager at this Wingstop is named Jean, although I'm not entirely sure. But he's Black (maybe Haitian American) with Locs [my apologies if I’m wrong I’m trying to be as the descriptive as possible in case the name is incorrect]. But more importantly, he's incredibly kind, thorough, and has a real sense of urgency. Every time I order food and he's around, I can count on him to hustle and make sure everyone gets their orders promptly. Honestly, he's so good at what he does that he could easily manage multiple stores. And he's always right on time, which is why my husband and I love coming to this Wingstop. Jean really makes the experience special.

They were out of Fry’s so they told me they were going to give me extra wings but when I got home and open my bag, I actually got less wings than what I paid for with nothing extra so I pretty much paid the full price for the meal and only got half the wings with no fries

The site is all broken. The service is terrible and you can lose 25 to 35 minutes waiting for an order. And your employees play with the phones and don't bother them better.

Ordered food last night and after waiting over 2 hours they canceled our oder. Then Ordered again. For today and you can literally see the driver going in circles on the map. I can al.ost guarantee the food will be soggy and cold....worst experience ever from a wing stop......

I used their app, downloaded it and placed an order. Even signed up for an account. It stated it would let me know when the person delivered it. Apparently they use DoorDash. At one point it showed me the person was going to pick up my order And then it stopped sending anything. It never said that the person had picked up the order. An hour and a half later I started calling them. The first few times someone would pick up but wouldn’t answer then it went straight to some sort of answering machine thing a few times finally I got a hold of somebody could barely hear them and they had me talk to a manager and the manager said oh that was gone along time ago. You need to call DoorDash , my order never showed up. It never even showed that it had been taken from the store. I went downstairs at the hotel and the young man helped me call them back asking where the order was. She hung up on him several times. He even called from the hotel instead of my phone and she still hung up from him. he was so polite and so was I but I only had to talk to one person one time. He took over and did a fantastic job, but the person that Wingstop never took care of anything. Very disappointed. The good news I ordered from Domino’s and they delivered. I will get a refund. But disappointed that they didn’t try to take care of things .

Horrible! I wasted money on delivery for 20 buffalo chicken wings that felt rubber and tasted like they were old. Get wings somewhere else but here!

Going off by experience and reviews, this location site needs some type of inspection, change of workers or just shut down entirely. I ordered for delivery and the wait time was ridiculously long. Aside from that, when I finally received my order I could tell that the wings I ordered were completely old and stale. There was barely any sauce, the pieces were very SMALL, and everything was just cold and chewy. Don’t make the same mistake I did, and READ the reviews before ordering. Find yourself another location, you’d be better off. Needless to say, im not eating my order. What a waste of my time and $34.85 down the drain.

Don’t even order from here they will mess up your order, we ordered a 45 worth of food instead we received someone’s else order that wasn’t even worth 15 dollars, the need to improve in better quality food and service this location will scam you and ruin your wingstop

The person in the front answering calls at this time on this day should be fired . He is so rude and non empathetic when it comes to them messing up my 70 dollar food order . The audacity in his response was “ what do you want me to do about it “ Rick ross should fire all y’all . Bad for business . Blocking my number so you won’t be reprimanded is childish . I would love to speak to your manager or GM. If I could give you 0 stars I would .

I will never come to this wing stop again. The employees are very rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. Wait time was very long, I asked for a manager and nobody knew where they were, and the food was trash. Do not come here if you want a pleasant experience because you will get the opposite! This place is horrible!!!!

Wait time was horribl, despite 7 team members in the back. Cashier RUDE! On her phone talking with her mom, rolling her eyes and catching an attitude when asked a question. I never go here and never will again.
