The girl with braces at the front kept running outside to her friends, gave them free drinks and spent the majority of her tine while i was there outside hanging out laughing etc... pleas hire ppl who can stay inside the building to actually serve customers. Worst service ever...and it's literally the easiest job.

It was me and my daughter we wanted to eat wings, we made the order online and i took me 5 mins to get to the place, wel my oder was ready, that catched me by surprised because you dont take 5 mins to cook wing but whatever, i got home and my wings were old, over cooked, hard, and had no flavors at all. Dont order food from this stored you are going to regret it

This place has completely disappointed me. I walked in here never once was greeted. Said hi to the woman at the counter and she barely wanted to say hi back. 3 women standing in the back visibly eating in my face. I asked if someone was going to take my order and with an attitude told me “one moment”. Waited 10 minutes and my order was never taken. I’m with a baby and a young child just trying to eat after school.

Writing this as off 3/8, I went to this wingstop and had some issues with my order, the food was actually late and then I asked for a refund but there was no manager available, then suddenly a lady from behind came to talk to me but only spoke Spanish! They should improve their team management! I would love to speak to the manager

The worse place ever!! I was just there on 11/9/24 at 5:20 ish pm with my two kids on Saturday and the girl at the register is taking an order over the phone but behind her are three other employees absolutely not doing anything and are just standing there talking to each other and at no point do they even acknowledge us. I just walked out and left. Feel free to look at the cameras and watch me leave. No way I would stay there to eat with that kind of service. I hope that the girl taking the order over the phone never calls out because apparently no one else there is capable of taking orders. I’m done with this Wingstop!!!! You guys are the worse!

This is a case of Improper Food Handling for anyone who comes here they do not use gloves when cooking or touching your food and then they’re touching phones and other stuff as someone who’s had food poisoning and works in a restaurant I was offended because I was ordering for my Grandmother who had stomach Problems, IBS Nausea and is prone to getting sick if food isn’t handled properly. ( Think of the elderly some of us are buying food for our sick relatives)

so my story is I walked in, guys on his phone sitting in the open in the middle of the kitchen. Stares at me instead of not being lazy and getting up off his phone and saying hello how can I help you? Then ask me what order you picking up? Which is an assumption cause I walked right in to place a Togo order and go. So I told him no I want to place an order cause why would you assume I was picking up in the first place instead of asking.

Then he still is sitting on his phone and calls a lady from the back to come take my order which she didn’t even ring it up she was about to write it down. But before they charged me I witness the guy go into the freezer with his raw hands and then grab a chicken breast and try throw it into the fryer before I called his attention and said “excuse me or (permiso). Don’t touch my mothers food with your bare hands like that, your suppose to be using gloves, and I made sure the other customers heard me reprimand him so they can think while they take bites of their food if it was touched with raw hands.

Then he ignorantly replied, hermano I washed my hands. Which first off I’m not your hermano this isn’t Hialeah or the hood. I don’t care if you claim your hands are washed even though you touched your phone the same one you take into the bathroom with you while you poop.
I work in a. Restaurant and my mangers would yell at me or write me up if I’m using improper food handling.

And when all this happened he didn’t apologize, didn’t go try to put on a glove, tried yelling back at me, no manager was intervened,
I asked him if he was the manager he said no.
The incident occurred between 3:30pm-3:45pm October 7th for camera roll back.
He told me to leave before there was a problem instead of correcting himself, or the actual manager coming out to say, I will handle your food.
The old lady staffed laughed like it was some Cuban chismosa gossip on the corner of 8th street instead of also trying to make the situation better

I went to Chik Fil A and watched as the staffed greeted me, asked me what I wanted instead of assuming I was a delivery driver, and all of them wore gloves as they prepared food kitchen staff and baggers alike.

You sent me to your competition instead of making sales at your store

Truly disappointed as I ordered a 50 group pack. As I arrived they were completing our order but little did I know as I would get home they would forget to put the requested flavors on more than half of more order.

I have been coming into this location for about 2 years since its right around the corner from my house. The food is always consistent and upto par but my experience today compelled me to leave a review. As soon as i walked through the door, I was promptly greeted and my order was immediately taken by a young lady named Andrea. I than filled my drink and sat my drink down at a table so I could wash my hands. The soap in the mens bathroom was almost gone, so I let the same young lady know and she kindly let me wash them in the other restroom while she changed the soap. I than sat down to wait for my food( It came out in less than mins?) and in this time frame I watched her mop the rear floor, change the dust mat, sweep the front entrance and than greet and take orders swiftly for the barrage of clients that came in after I. As a business owner myself I must say I was very impressed with her attention to detail and customer service. Wingstop should feel lucky and greatful to have an employee like her running the front end of the store. I know I would. Good help is soooooo hard to find, especially here in Miami ?
