Ordering online is terrible and the wait time is too long

Ordered online and waited until ready but when I go inside to pick up they say its not ready. The people working here have terrible attitudes as well just drive to hialeah and order there

I ordered all drums, cost more and I didn’t receive. I ordered 3 blue cheese dipped sauce that I didn’t receive. The wings are so over cooked that they’re hard.

I ordered many wings using Uber eats and my wings and fries were so hard and dry I couldn't eat them. They were so old, must've been sitting out all day or they refried them from another day. So inconsistent with the freshness and quality. Owner/manager if you ever come across this review, please reconsider new staff at the 79th Street location.

I must point out that I went to pick up an order from Ubert that had already been placed and they told me that it was not ready when another saleswoman arrived about 25 meters away.
