I don't know what it is about this location but all the times I keep giving them another try they just mess up my orders worse each time. I have never once received my order correctly. Today was just ridiculous, almost $70 in food and didn't even receive half of my order. Save your time and money and order from any other location but this one.

I have always loved wingstop but lately their customer service has been terrible. Food is decent if you like wings though. We ordered carry out and got out order, we got home and noticed we were missing 10 wings (after the girl at the front repeated what our order was and confirmed everything was there). We called to let them know we were driving back, they said it would be ready when we got there. It was not ready, had to wait a while for the new wings while the rest of our food got cold. Didn’t get an apology, a discount, refund, free fries, or nothing to compensate for the wasted time and the bad experience. Doesnt seem like they care about their customers.

Super bad customer service with the Manager Alonso, he did not have change for a 50 dollar bill when I was spending 27$ dollars in food. He also came at me with a bad attitude.

Woman at the counter cannot speak English. I know we’re in Miami but come on! She could not take the order and left our food sitting there for 15 minutes while we waited because she was confused and clocked out without making sure her job was done.

All of the workers are on there for phones.
Not inviting at all. They used to be good. Not t coming here again! Can I even trust that they made my order the way I asked. Probably not. When people are scanning their phones, I’m not believing they’re paying attention.

How do they NOT have drinks available AT ALL but haven’t adjusted the combo prices accordingly? They literally have NO DRINKS but are still asking the same price for a wing combo. Thats a SCAM. This location keep an issue. It’s always something with them.
