I came in person as delivery from restaurants in general tend to be hit or miss. I spoke with Harold on sunday night (11/17/2024) and he was very thorough about the order options. He got my long list of items perfectly. The self serve for fountain drinks are great. 1 little down side is that it pours from the same location so you have to pour a bit out and then pour your desired drink to not have it mix.
I drove 5 minutes out and the food was still hot. Everything tasted great. Nothing was missing all thanks to the staff being on point. Keep it up!

I was excited about trying this location closer to my house, instead of the kendall one. But when my food arrived it was nothing I had ordered. I ordered 30 original wings with bbq sauce and i received chicken tenders with parmesan and lemon pepper seasoning. The driver forgot to bring my lemonade and side of veggies. I called to pick up my order and return what I received but no one picked up the phone. And reading through the reviews I can see my experience seems like a common theme in this location. Im going back to the kendall location.

This location is my preferred Wingstop location. They’ve got a really great crew there and make stopping to pick up dinner on the way home a more pleasant experience. I wanted to give a special shout out to Danny. I’ve seen this young man handle himself in situations, that even I found uncomfortable with “those types of customers”. I commend him for that; and get the sense that he’s going places in life. Keep up the good work, you’re doing great, Kid. ⭐️

I went with my mom for the first time and I don't think I will return to this place. The person who served me was very friendly but I have a problem with the food. The fries had no salt or seasoning and the wings (I ordered them mild) had a putrid smell and a puddle of sauce and grease that didn't look appetizing at all, the taste was not good.

They are right by my house decent wings, but customer service very poor. Had issues with the delivery company they use “ door dash” , the lady manager said it is not there problem, had to place with her again, and just left me talking to myself. Very rude and poor skills.
Had me wait an hour for wings…..
Main Manager never came out and addressed the issue.
I wonder if they train there people to help resolve these kind of issues….
