Horrible customer service . I made an order they told me to wait 15 mins when I got there they didn’t even process my order. The manager didn’t even try to fix the problem and the other employees ignored me and kept helping other customers

How is it I call to make an order to then be placed on hold and the store hangs up on me. I understand why the store is at a 3.2 and I didn’t even have to waste my money to find out how bad the service is. Just spend it at another franchise since it’s difficult to take an order over the phone at this location.

I placed a to go order I received cold fries. I asked the Guy to replace them with fresh fries. Apparently, this was an inconvenience for him because he stated next time they will not replace it. I spent $75 at this location and Fortunately, for him there will never be a next time, Because I will never return here.

The worst Wingstop I've ever ordered food from. The service from the waiters is incredibly poor, and they don't serve anything you order properly. They tell you a time and you arrive and they still haven't placed your order. In short, the service is terrible and there's no professionalism at all, it's embarrassing.

Great chicken sandwich. Very tasty. Very well seasoned. Better than the one from Mickies in my opinion. Crispy chicken strips were good, but a bit too salty (perhaps only this time) I will order it again soon to compare and give all 5 stars if not as salty.
Why did they change the fries? Before, they were amazing fresh hand cut fries. Delicious with the ranch sauce and utterly addictive! They were the reason we bought boneless wings at wingstop. Now, not so much. Just mediocre frozen fries. Please bring back the good fries!

Wingstop never fails to hit the spot, and this time was no different. We ordered the boneless wings, half Garlic Parmesan and half Lemon Pepper, and both flavors were on point. The wings were hot, juicy, and packed with bold seasoning—exactly what you hope for when that Wingstop craving hits.
The lemon pepper had that perfect zesty kick, and the garlic parmesan was buttery, cheesy perfection. Dipping sauces were solid, and everything was made fresh and delivered fast.
Only downside? They forgot my veggie sticks—minor, but I was really looking forward to them. Still, the wings were so good I couldn’t stay mad for long. Next time, I’ll double-check the order just to be safe.
All in all, Wingstop crushed it again. Flavor, quality, and consistency—that’s why I keep coming back. Just don’t forget the veggies next time!
