I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

placed an app order at 545 for a 745 pickup, got there no order and asked them to refund my money, they refused, kept putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. The Westnedge wingstop is trash and the worst customer service. foreigners that barely speak English and had no idea of conflict resolution! they will not get my money ever again!

Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.

Pricing is ridiculous it costs more to buy 8 wings per piece than 5. Each wing was almost 20 cents more to buy more wings that makes no sense. And the workers were clueless

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better
The wait just makes everything go to waste. Had to wait 45min to get a 20pc chicken wings. There is no structure by management a this location. There is like 6 people in the kitchen 2 people can help prepare the order for the walk-in customers.

I know not to expect much from these fast food type rest but omg this place was the worse! i should have known to run when it started with the girl at the register that hates her job was half asleep. We waited for 2 combos for 43 minutes! The family that was sitting down before us were also questioning what was going on. they had 3 people in the kitchen that were like walking zombies w no direction. when i finally got my food, the boneless wings were cold af. Everything tasted like old grease. and the soda fountain plastic where the liquid comes out of was moldy. Never again will i eat at any wing stop location just based on this location. what a dump. the worse part was definitely the service.
