Just hit Wynwood Parlor in Miami and wow, their ice cream cookie blew my mind ?! Creamy, dreamy ice cream sandwiched between two divine cookies. It's a crunchy, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth journey. This isn't just dessert; it's a Miami street treat legend. #WynwoodDelights #MiamiSweetSpot ?

They need to update their website. I lost valuable time in my day to go there, was dropped off at an apartment building, had to find my way to the pool deck because apparently that's where they are located, could not use buttons on the elevator because it's for residents only so residents had to key in their code for me to go up,... and all that to find out they were shut down although the website says they are open. The place is highly inconvenient and not worth the trip. Go to Night Owl or Baked Bear instead.

We had to chase down a security guard to let us up the elevator and we knocked on the door for 10 minutes and no one answered and they don’t have a phone number. How is this place allowed to be in business?!

Seems all the non 5 star reviews are just because of the pick up, not the actual food.Food is great. I mean, It’s ice cream and cookies, hard to make that not taste good. The delivers comes with a thank you note, and they pack the bag with ice so that your ice cream doesn’t melt. Very thoughtful, I ordered two nights in a row just because I appreciated their customer service.

Was told to use pool entrance to place an order, the pool was closed. I live next door to the place. Last time doing business here. Ordering Sugar Daddies on ubereats. Very annoyed

This building is allowing a man to keep his bulldogs on a balcony for 4 days straight in the 80 degree heat with no food, no water, and feces all over. No one will do anything about it. Horrible!!!! Vile, evil. Blood on this buildings hands.

This place isn't a storefront. It's part of the the Bay Parc apartment building complex. It's on the 10th floor and is for delivery/pick-up for the building only. If you don't live within the building, you can order online and get a 3rd party to pick-up then deliver to you, or, pick it up yourself and jump through security hoops. No phone number either.First, you'll need to wait until someone opens the front building door, then sneak in. Second, you'll need to find someone that works in the building to get an access code for the elevator. Then, once you're up there, you can knock on the "back door" to pick-up. Or as mentioned, you can get a 3rd party to do all that for you. If you're there in person, good luck. There is a pool deck but you can't enter without a key card, so the only option is this "back door".You'd think after all that, I'd get something, but I had to jump through all these hoops and knock on that door to learn there's no storefront. ? The person that answered the door said just order online and I'll give it to you here, but idk, pretty awkward when she's staring right at you, waiting. Not worth the hassle. Good luck with parking though.

This place was not only one of the best frozen treats we've had, it was also an amazing experience getting them on location.

I give this place three stars because while the cookie sandwiches were delicious, the process to get them was awful. First of all, they are located on the tenth floor of the Bay Parc Apartment building. When we walked into the building, the concierge stared at us from a table in the lobby while on his laptop. We didn't even know he was the concierge (by the way DO NOT ask him if he is the security guard, he did not like that!). Once he let us up, you couldn't enter the pool deck because you need a key card. So we ended up ordering online and knocking on the back door. It worked out in the end but finding parking, dealing with the concierge, and having to order online, in the end it kind of ruined it for us. Again, fantastic cookie, just way too much drama.Btw we had the everything cookies.

Was excited to order from you all through Goldbelly but the order kept getting pushed back, saying that there was a delay on the part of the business; that they didn't have the materials needed to ship the order. After reading the other review and seeing the pictures, I'm glad I canceled my order. It's a shame, I was excited to try.

I would give no stars I’m so disappointed. I ordered their special through Goldbelly (12 assorted sandwiches per advertisement, ALL DIFFERENT). First, they delayed delivery by over a week despite the fact that we are but a city away (business in Miami, we live in West Palm Beach) without ever providing a reason. Just another email indicating delayed delivery. Second 6 of the 12 sandwiches melted because they failed to pack dry ice on the top of the sandwiches…third, there was no assortment. We were given multiples of the same 4 very MELTED varieties. Fourth, the ingredients used tasted stale, possibly because of the melting issue, possibly because they were stale upon use. Either way, the WORST experience from this company and through Goldbelly. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY. Pictures after we tried to salvage sandwiches and re-froze them.
