Arrived at 7:30am (opens at 7am) but been told its closed. Not sure if it's closed for good or just the day- waste of a trip

I bought a bag of coffee here about a month or two ago and there was a stone that broke my SMEG coffee grinder. That’s very much unpleasant. Other than that i like this place.

It's really good coffee with good flavor. They also sell very nice pastries and breakfast items. Croissants are always fresh. My favorites are turkey and cheese and also strawberry and cheese, which is not too sweet but very tasty. I also love their rose latter, and it is so pretty too! There is not much of an ambiance, but it is so close to the water if you want to get it to go and sit by the water. Employees are very friendly.

you are not fooling anyone with a passive aggressive ‘find peace’ comment , which is just a silly and obvious deflection from the valid feedback provided on your business in the review. Your disingenuous ‘best wishes’ are not needed — your action to rectify the situation which was brought to your attention is what’s needed.

people don’t patron places with ’owners’ who are entitled and dismissive like that.

But I’ll have to clarify here again so that people get the message of the lack of professionalism and customer service from the aforementioned
barista, regardless of how you tried to dance around it and not address nor
improve the situation, but on the contrary insulted the reviewer numerous times — super shady business ethics, and something that a professional business would never do, as they always respond apologetically saying they will look into the situation to improve, etc. All reviewers and readers know this, despite how stupid you clearly think they are, that they would buy your nonsense deceptive replies.

Absolutely lovely spot, quality coffee and food. Hardworking team with the right attitude. Highly recommend!

At first glance it seems unremarkable (basically a coffee kiosk on the auto entry level of Icon Brickell) but the coffee is magnificent (seriously!) and you to socialize with attractive people and always luxurious cars coming and going (it’s like being at a car show) and I use the time for a few minutes each day to sit and answer emails or do some quick work.

Absolutely out of this world delicious coffee. I had double cortado woth oatmilk. This is the best coffee I’ve found in the area comparing to 4-5 other places. The location is pretty bizarre though, you gotta walk past panther coffee that’s on the corner of W Hôtel and further into a parking-like space with columns; there’ll be a tiny spot there with a few tables.
