What’s the point of allowing me to select zero veggies if you are going to just add all of them in the burrito anyways?

I love this place but your worker needs to stay off the phone and personal calls and attend to the orders.

We recently ordered from Cantina Mexican Grill for teacher appreciation and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! With very short notice, ( literally about 30 minutes) Nancy and her team were able to accommodate food for a group of 90 people—no small feat, and they pulled it off flawlessly.

From the moment we reached out, the staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and organized. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and their hospitality truly stood out. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular!

It’s clear that the team at Cantina Mexican Grill works like a well-oiled machine—they’re professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do. We’re so grateful for how they came through for us and highly recommend them for any event, big or small. Truly a stellar team! Kudos to Nancy and her super team!!!

My girlfriend and I went to dine when at the counter. Two ladies were taking orders one customer in front of me that could not decide on his toppings while the other employee ask my girlfriend and I what we would like as she took the order she got three items at which point the employee got distracted and began to cook the food must be some kind of attention disorder because she forgot about me and as I wait there for my order to be placed a group of army soldiers walked in about 20 of them and when she went to finally give us attention, I mentioned I have not placed my order and she looked confused as if she’s not understand what we were saying, so I told her in Spanish, so she laughed at me when I told her that I would like a burrito she began to cook it continue to ignore me and laughing at me at this point I decided I did not want the burrito and I left angry. My girlfriend didn’t get no sauces. This place is sorry I can’t wait for you guys to go out of business and the food wasn’t even all that it was cold. No salsa for the chips no sauce or nothing. No love no care for the customer. Just a sorry sorry restaurant don’t go there. You rather go to Taco Bell. You’ll get better service and food.

Food was good but there was tung tung sahur in front of me dancing I didn’t care but loved the ding dong specials for sure would come again!

I haven't been there in a while, I even worked with the company when I was in Culterbay, super nice and I know that the preparation is fresh, today I had cravings for the food from there but in Uber eats there is no beans option in the nachos part and I called insistently, until finally Anaday answered and helped me with my order, leaving me very happy. I hope they do very well, I know what the work is like there.

Food was delicious. If you aren't a Spanish speaker be prepared with Google translate. Huge servings. Would go back. Outdoor seating was nice since we were traveling back to the Keys with our dog.

How awful to see an employee yell to the produce guy when he is dropping avocados off to the restaurant. If this is how they treat the produce people I don't want to see how they treat their customers. 08/01/2024
