Xochimex Cantina Grill of Bird Road

Of the few times I have visited my favorite thing to order is the steak quesadilla. It always is amazing, stuffed with cheese and any toppings I request. The staff is always welcoming, having friendly conversations with my son and I. They even have the patience to teach my son Spanish when asking for a cookie in the process. Yusneidy is incredibly sweet when engaging with my son and I. I highly recommend coming here for a quick delicious meal.

We have been coming to Xochimex Cantina Grill since it first opened over 15 years ago, and it’s only gotten better with time. From day one, the food has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Marie has been here since the very beginning, greeting customers with the same kindness that keep people coming back year after year.

Cantina Grill is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always fresh, packed with flavor, and made exactly how you want it. I love that they prepare everything right in front of you, so you can customize every bite — whether it’s a perfectly grilled quesadilla, a hearty burrito, or a fresh bowl loaded with toppings. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is always fast and friendly. You can tell the staff genuinely care about making sure you leave satisfied. If you want delicious food and great customer service, Cantina Grill is the place to go!

i was looking for food and they ignored me , i just let a girl pass to order bc well yk being a gentleman but then a guy (that look at me before lmao) take care of other people instead of me, lack of respect tbh, i didn’t order bc they dont let me so i assume the food is awful. just waste of gas

Repeat customer, love this place. My favorite thing is they’re not cheap about their shredded cheese, guacamole, and chips! Very refreshing when everyone else in Miami is so stingy about it. Food tastes great. Love their queso!

I’ve been coming to this place for years, but today’s experience was beyond disappointing. The employees were incredibly rude. I was trying to order a quesadilla, and the older lady with short blonde hair didn’t even greet me. She made my quesadilla however she wanted, leaving out the veggies, and then claimed that’s what I asked for—even though she never asked me what I wanted. To make matters worse, the same employee dropped my boyfriend’s tortilla on the floor, picked it up, and didn’t even bother to change her gloves. I’ve never had this kind of problem here before, but today’s service was unacceptable. Please just save your money and time.

Favorite Mexican Fastfood! The queso side is fantastic 👌 It's like a Mexican subway but even better than Chipotle because they let you put beans in the quesadilla and have a wider variety of fillings and sauces, also a much better price than Chipotle.
