We booked this apartment from Booking.

Though the location and facility is great, the service is horrible:

1. The surcharge of early check-in (before 4pm) of $80 and luggage storage of $60 (before 4pm check-in time) is not mentioned in the description, not communicated prior to arrival, thus is not acceptable. It should be considered as a fraud (private link sent to pay).

2. The room is still dirty at 4pm check-in time.

3. There is no room cleaning service during the stay.

I love this hotel ! It’s very trendy . Location is perfect within walking distance of bayside market place in Miami

Rooms: The studio apartment is really nice with a balcony a view of the city

Walkability: To bayside market place (restaurant & shops )

I was not in the hotel itself, but I was pleasantly surprised by the politeness of the staff, who canceled my reservation without commission due to the fact that there was a hurricane in Florida and we were afraid to fly, although there was no threat at all in May. Thank you for getting into the situation. Good luck with your business!

It is impossible to contact you, could you provide a telephone number for customer service?

The bad thing about this hotel is the reception staff, ineffective and not at all friendly, quite the opposite. The boy who helped with the suitcases was very kind.

Rooms: Everything very clean and new. Very uncomfortable beds. Lack of furniture to leave things, for example bedside tables

Nearby activities: Very central. 5 minutes from bayside

Safety: With elevator cards

Walkability: You can walk nearby and the metromover stop is right in front

I always stay at Yotel Pad Miami and I will never be staying here again! All Star location and great amenities but the service at this hotel is now Poor and horrible.

They give downgraded rooms from what you book! You never get room service, constant and consistent inconveniences with services and rooms.

Management does not care to properly fix or resolve issue or the happiness of the guest. Every time I went down stairs someone was complaining about their stay. So believe me when you read this review.

Completely unacceptable especially if you’re staying in the expensive pad accommodation. You're so much better taking your money else where I will highly recommend it. If you’re reading this please do yourself a favor save yourself the headache and book else where.

The room was small with very little space for luggage. We resorted to putting it in the bathroom because there was no room anywhere else. We ran out of toilet paper, coffee, and towels and they refused to come and refill it. The online key system barely worked and was super frustrating. The "master" bed was very tightly squeezed into its place, you couldn't walk around to get to the other side. Right outside the hotel was a super shady 7-11 where I have never felt more scared in my life. Awful experience, do not recommend.

The hotel had a perfectly decent standard. We were well received at the reception and were helped by a human being, even though much is planned for you to manage things yourself. A decent small swimming pool and fitness centre. A little hard, but good beds. Is centrally located.

Rooms: The room was large, but when we were going to use all the beds, the sofa disappeared. There is a full kitchen, but no dining table. The balcony is so small that you can hardly go out onto it. It was clean when we arrived, but no washing for the three nights we were there.

Safety: I felt safe in the hotel. Key card in elevator to access the floors. Extra lock on the door.

$55 dollars per day valet!!! The hotel has a texting system set up to request your car from Valet. The valet guy is too busy on his phone and doesn’t pay attention to his text message notifications. 3 times I requested my car and the Valet guy ignored my text requests. I had to physically walk across the street and ask for my car. Second, the room doesn’t have a coffee machine as advertised, and no microwave. The electric stove doesn’t work and they only give you one roll of toilet paper for your entire stay!!!! I requested another roll and they never brought me one! I will never stay here again!

Rooms: Expensive and cheap! Mattress is hard as a rock!!!!

Yolo Pad my home away from home! My second time staying there and I really enjoy everything...the location, the staff, my room layout!I love being close to the waterfront for nice walk with my dog and few steps away from Metromover that can take you anywhere, from shopping, doing business... Thank you to Mr Arturo and Mrs Gaylin ...looking forward to spend more time there soon!

I booked a room through the Air B n b app and have no complaints! The room was clean and had a great view of downtown Miami. There’s train stations all around you if you want to get around that way but I honestly walked around the area for food. There’s great restaurants walking distance from it and you can walk to Bayfront park or Bayside. The people working in the lobby and bar were super nice! The only con is that the neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night but I’m not someone that gets easily scared or bothered, I’ll definitely be back.
