Nice place a bit expensive but that's Miami. We had the Iberian croquettes which were very good and the Octopus Gallega which was outstanding as appetizers the dinner part was so so the Black rice entree was lacking and the ribeye rice was almost a soup so was not special . The service was very attentive and the drinks were well made and consistent.

If you want a little corner of the Basque Country then come to Zeru. Everything was very good - a lovely welcome at the great service from the team and then very well crafted cocktails, a delicious Rioja and then delicious food - Pata Negra and parmesan croquettes, Comte and mushroom croquettes, fillet of dover sole in beurre blanc and capers and a delicious Basque cheesecake for dessert. I can thoroughly recommend Zeru and if youre in Miami its one nor to miss

The expectation surrounding a visit to this restaurant turned out to be somewhat frustrating, as several details prevented it from becoming what I would consider a truly great culinary experience.
Food: The products are of good quality, but many dishes were overcooked. The ham croquettes fell far short of the standard one would expect, while the ceviche deserves special mention for its excellent balance of acidity.
Service: Having the server come to the table every ten minutes to ask if everything is fine is not appropriate for a restaurant of this level. True professionalism means knowing how to read the table and provide attentive service without constant interruptions.
Ambience: The décor is well executed, with an elegant yet understated entrance. A well-dressed clientele creates a welcoming atmosphere; however, the music volume is excessively loud and detracts from the overall experience.
Conclusion: This restaurant does not make it onto my list of favorites for now, though I remain open to returning in the future. I believe they have the potential to offer a much better experience to their guests.

Beautiful place. We waited for very for our table about one house and when they finally seat us with no menus and no one came to ask us if we wanted water or drinks. I called the manager and he was awesome he ask me what we wanted and even gave us a free appetizer, Very nice guy. The waiters and waitress definitely need more training.

The food is amazing. The service is friendly. The atmosphere is awful. I had to yell for my family to be able to listen to me. The live music was too loud. And also they accommodated a big table in the middle of the restaurant, so their big-table screams disturbed all the restaurant. I’m not coming back unless it’s a Tuesday or a dead day. I’ll never come back Thursday, Friday or weekend.

We had a poor experience with our server. I found a stand of hair in my food (that I actually pulled out my mouth and rested on top of the table for her to see). She said ok and removed the hair. I figured she'd let a manager know, but no one came. At the end of our meal when she brought the check, I asked her about the hair. The attitude I received was wholly unprofessional and unbecoming of someone in a service position. She basically shrugged her shoulders and told me it was only on the table. I re-explained that I pulled it out of my mouth and placed it there, to which she again just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This time I found the manager, who was an absolute professional, apologized profusely and tried to make it right. However, we still had to pay the included 20% gratuity and for that, I will never return to or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food is great, all dishes were really good, service was a little slow even though the restaurant was not full. The couple that sing live are really good, she has a very nice voice and he plays the guitar excellent.

The steak was tough and burnt.

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious but the portions are incredibly small considering the price point. There are extra charges on the drinks that make no sense, like $3 in addition to an already expensive $18 glass of sangria. Other than that everything was exceptional, the staff is nice and very knowledgeable, the manager, Pablo, was very kind and attentive.

Casa Zeru delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Miami—full stop. We hosted a private DBA cohort holiday dinner here to honor the retirement of a beloved professor, and the entire team treated the evening like a once-in-a-lifetime occasion.

The cuisine was Michelin-caliber: impeccably fresh ingredients, bold creativity, and plate presentation that felt both modern and soulful. Every course arrived with perfect pacing and precision. The room’s ambiance was effortlessly sexy—warm lighting, beautiful design, and live music that elevated the vibe without ever overpowering conversation.

Service was exquisite and deeply personal. Alex (the restaurant manager) and Pablo were phenomenal partners in curating the event—thoughtful, responsive, and detail-obsessed in the best way. From the bartender and sommelier to the servers and kitchen brigade, everyone moved like a well-oiled machine. Seamless, elegant, and genuinely hospitable.

If you’re in Miami and want to elevate a date night, celebration, or group dinner, Casa Zeru is a must. It’s not just a gem—it’s one of the most polished, memorable experiences in the city. We’re still talking about it.

I reserved a seat at the bar under the impression that they were still offering a tasting menu. They informed me that it was discontinued, but they were kind enough to accommodate me with a multi course tasting menu nevertheless. It was really delicious and stunning to look at. I had a great time, and the staff were really informative and fun. I also did the wine pairing which was spectacular.
