Always a treat to spend some hours at Zuma. This business dinner was quite interesting in that one of my partners decided to show up on his yacht (you can sail right in) with a couple of fresh lobsters. The chef did not allow them to be cooked, but he took care of keeping them in custody for later. I had a feeling they would not entertain our unusual request. Now onto the food….great! Corn is always a must. Sashimi or Nigiri, also a must. Some Australian Wagyu should always be selected. The salads and sides are probably some of the best in the culinary world. My experience eating at Zuma is to share with the table and order as much as you can to really savor the flavors. As for wine, we had a few bottles that were absolutely great. The sommelier always takes care of our needs and has all of my previous visits recorded to allow for a better flowing experience. The atmosphere is always nice and the staff is always attentive to our needs.

Brandon our main server was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t say enough nice things if I tried. I didn’t catch the ladies name who helped with picking out the wine and making suggestions but she was wonderful as well.My friend and I were there on 10/05 as we had a short stop in Miami. The premium tasting menu was divine. The whole staff was amazing!

Amazing experience! The guy (Joshua) served us was very lovely, recommended us to get the spicy tofu salad and gosh it was the best tofu I have had ever! Sadly I did not take a picture of the salad, but have added pictures on the outdoor area, which offers amazing views.

Miami Spice was awesome at Zuma! You get to choose two dishes from each section, which makes it great for trying many dishes. Service was great, we ate outside and had a beautiful view of the river. Cocktails were also delicious! The parking/valet is always a nightmare, so uber is suggested.

Went for a quick Miami spice lunch. The menu options were plentiful and flavorful would definitely return. Although I did put the occasion was for a birthday lunch no one acknowledged it. Parking is validated. Be sure to ask because no one will tell you.
