We were seated. One of our party went to use the bathroom. She informed the staff both toilets were flooded. 5 minutes later raw sewage was flowing into the restaurant and we were asked to leave. We had to walk around Wynwood trying to get a table for 4 people during Art Basel. To say we were displeased was to put it mildly.
If you are looking for a true Morocan expenreince then Zuri is your best choice. Food is absolutely delicious and typically Morocan. We had the lamb tajine and the Royal Couscous and took a trip back to Marrakech ! I definitely recommend Zuri and I wish you a nice travel to Morocco !
Zuri Miami – Extremely Disappointing Experience We chose Zuri Miami today to celebrate my son's 21st birthday — a place he had been wanting to try for a long time. Unfortunately, I wish we had picked anywhere else. The experience was truly atrocious, and it all came down to one person: Chris, our server. From the moment we sat down, the service was off. We were a party of five. Three of us arrived first, and the remaining two came in just a few minutes later. Everyone received a menu except for me. When it came to ordering drinks, he took drink orders from the other four and skipped me completely. Chris was abrasive, rude, and clearly in a rush — as if he was on a timer to flip the table. This was our first time here, so none of us were familiar with the menu. We ordered some appetizers, which arrived fine, and then he came back to take our entrée order. Before ordering, I asked if he could go over one of the menu items again because we weren't sure about it. His response? “I went over it already.” I was shocked. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. At that point, I completely lost my appetite. I didn't say anything because it was my son's birthday, and I didn't want to ruin the night for him or the rest of the group. To make things worse, like many Miami restaurants, they automatically add a mandatory service charge. And because of that, some servers feel they don't need to earn their tip or provide even basic courtesy. This was one of those cases. Avoid this place — and definitely avoid being served by Chris. If you do go, request a different server immediately. I would give this place -10 out of 10 if I could. Miami diners really need to come together and push back against places that force service charges while delivering horrible service. This was unacceptable, especially on such a special occasion.
Me and my girlfriend attended for a date night. We ordered 3 appetizers and 2 entrees to share. we were very pleased with the drinks and they even gave us off the menu options.
Intimate atmosphere for great food and great service (kudos to Alexis). They easily arranged us for a group of 20 people very efficiently.

We order a couscous merguez and we have a couscous with a big sausage that wasn't a merguez . the semoule and vegetables were ok but the big sausage wasn't good. they call them a Moroccan restaurant but it isn't .It looks more as a Libanese restaurant. We won't come back .And for this kind of food,it is very expensive. The waiter was nice.
Our first time at Zuri. It was recommended by a friend. Delicious food and great service. Definitely is a come back.

Love the vibe - warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out. The lamb chops were absolutely delicious, tender and full of flavor. The only downside was the service, which was a bit on the slow side, but overall the food and atmosphere made it worth the wait.

We made a reservation for 12 for a friends birthday party and our server Christopher and Alexis was so professional and charismatic. AMAZING service from the hostess to the bartenders to the servers. 100% will be coming back for more.
