Food was good but the service was awkward. The two women working were staring at me absolutely dumbfounded while I was ordering like they didn’t understand what I was saying but at the same time weren’t even making eye contact and just staring into space. I think I just felt weird towards the whole experience with the staff so I couldn’t really enjoy my food.

This place is over for me. Look at the amount of beef!I won't order from here anymore.

I ordered pick up. Food was finished over 40 mins after email said it would be ready. I think the estimate was off, frustrating, but forgiveable.Except that, for the 30 minutes i waited inside, after arriving late, multiple parties walked in, not having ordered ahead, and were served well before me.Food is not bad, but save your time, just order there, do not waste an hour ordering pickup.

Placed a delivery order thru door dash for my co worker and I, it was our first time ordering from here. We ordered two bowls and a cookie. The food delivered (after an hour wait) was only one bowl and it was completely wrong, neither one of us ordered. We called to speak to the store and notify them of the mistake and they couldn’t communicate in English which was frustrating because our Spanish is not great. They told me I could go pick up the order when were unable to, hence placing a delivery order. I asked if they check orders before handing them off and the worker says “yes, we always do.” Clearly they don’t or I would’ve received the correct order. The worker nor the manager could speak English (both women). Just frustrating situation all around considering we wanted to give this place a shot. They provided no solutions at all.

Pricing is very unclear. Everything is extra, but the menu doesn't tell you how much extra. Your $12 bowl quickly becomes a $20 bowl.

I like zuuk as a "healthy fast food" but be careful if you get delivery to your house… they just add whatever they want. Food is inconsistent.

Ordered a bowl; quick service. Paid $18.XX with credit card, the register shows $33.88. The cashier goes back in the computer and shows me that it was $18 and change. Ok, I believe him.Goes to the parking a lot, my husband starts driving, I check my credit card and sure enough $33.88 was charged!!!Back to the mall to get my money back; back and forth for a while then i am fed up and say I will call the cops. Cashier takes his calculator and shows that he owes me $15.XX and offers me the cash!!!!!That was not good! Watch out when you go to this mall restaurant. Food was ok but I got indigestion with the whole ordeal!Will never go there again!!!

My husband just ordered a falafel bowl, and is impossible to eat. Very salty, the falafel has only cilantro.

Fresh but not to flavorful, just ok. Servers ladies were clueless about products. Clean and a beautiful location. I would come back if it was the only option..

Ordered 2 bowls with chicken for pick up. When I got home it was just a bowl with chicken… no rice, nothing else. How is rice not included? And there isn’t even an option online to add any of the basic sides you would expect to come with it without it being an add-on. So I just sat at home eating a bowl of chicken.

Went there around early evening. I went inside and walked out right away. The store is Subway Sandwich style format - you pick and build your plate.The store looked clean and interiors are good but the food didn’t look fresh and good to me at that time. I was hoping to eat healthy Mediterranean food. Didn’t try so can’t comment on the taste.

Very tasty and fresh and will definitely fill you up! (pause)

You’re better off eating at the aventura location. They throw together your plate without care and give attitude even you are being kind and respectful. Not a word was said to me, just hand gestures that you have to decipher to get through your order. Plus expect to have your bag of food thrown at you after you pay. Doesn’t take much to be respectful. Won’t be eating here again.

Wow how disappointing this experience was. (Delivery) To start they forgot the baklava, the chickens in one bowl, the red pepper hummus in one bowl, falafel in a bowl! Then the pita for $2.99 looks like a taco shell folded and cut up and tasted horrible. The food was cold which I guess is typical for delivery so not really their fault. (Third party delivery) after re heating the bowls food was decent. It was 30 minutes to close so I feel they just through anything in a bowl and sent it on it’s way. This place might have potential but definitely have to stop by the restaurant to experience because delivery was not it.

First time that I order from this place and the last for sure. I ordered a salad along with the seasonal vegetables. Everything smelled bad and the vegetables also looked really bad. I don’t recommend this place for food at all. Very disappointed ?
