Great little pizza joint with big flavor. The pizza was made with 100% fresh ingredients and very flavorful. The staff were very attentive and answered all our questions about the pizza and the drinks. We had the sangria special for the month and it was amazing!!! We were at the Micanopy location.
Stopped in after hiking Paynes Prairie. Honestly I am so surprised to find options on the side of the highway in a hole in the wall place. I ordered the hand tossed (12”) pizza with vegan sauce, vegan mozzarella, tempeh, and mushrooms (they do have distinctions between “sauce”, “vegetarian sauce”, and “vegan sauce” so be sure to specify). My husband and I stopped here for lunch after visiting Paynes Prairie Preserve (also amazing). The restaurant isn't large but they do have an outdoor patio also. We split a salad with lemon vineagrette to start. The dressing was light and not too sweet, ingredients fresh. I had the hand tossed pizza with tempeh, vegan cheese and mushrooms.
