I was here for the first time today. we tried the chicken strips, cheese burger, french fries and chicken club sandwich. my husband had the chicken club. and he's been going to places tasting the chicken sandwiches. he said it was way better than Wendy's new one and Popeyes. hands down. you should eat there. good food and polite staff
Listen, you can’t pass through Micanopy and not make a stop at the Southern Stop!! Tried it one time and I’m hooked and sold!! The fried scallops are a must EVERY TIME!!! I’ll definitely be going back! It’s worth the trip and you get your money’s worth! ✊?✊?

The shrimp & grits are a must-have. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was nothing like any of the other basic gravies that I've had in the past. Fast service and fresh food--I will definitely be stopping by in the near future ??
