Love this Dunkin in Palm Bay. They always have jelly donuts. The one in Sebastian never does. They are out even 30 min after opening. I'd rather make the trip here. Nice atmosphere.

This coffee shop has very bad service and the coffee is expensive and you only get 1/2 cup when you order a large. Lady hung up on me 2 times and they refused to make it right. Don’t bother irritating yourself with this place!!

Pulled up at 4:30 and ordered a peppermint mocha. No other cars in the drive through. The employee handed me an ice coffee. I said, its supposed to be a hot peppermint mocha. He then went over added peppermint to a cup and filled it with hot coffee. I said, is that a peppermint mocha?! And he said yes. No milk no espresso no whip cream, just hot black coffee with peppermint.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I ordered snackn’ bacon and it was uncooked and cold and the audacity of your employee to state that “the snackn’ bacon is supposed to be cold because it’s a snack!” Where do you find these people? Remember that a customers experience is what makes or breaks your organization! I wouldn’t recommend a soul visit your store!

5 o’clock in the morning and I am being verbally Tongue lashed by two employees because I did not leave a tip for them through the drive-through. Making comments how rude it is for somebody not to leave a tip. Shaming me out the window saying at least they could leave a dollar. It was rude. It was ignorant. It was a disgusting display of behavior and attitude, and it makes me angry to think that this is ok. never want to go to any Dunkin’ Donuts again. I am disappointed in the attitude and the behavior and the store for allowing it. I can not stress enough how upset I am. If I could give them a zero, I would. I will make it known to everybody in barefoot Bay what happened today? Absolutely disgusting sad pitiful and not necessary. If you’re that desperate for a dollar get a second job like I work two jobs.

I'm not one to complain but everything about this experience just didn't sit well with me. The drinks literally came out half full. I asked for the maple sugar bacon sandwhich and the bacon looked like they grabbed the bottom of the bucket bacon and threw it in the sandwhich. The girls that work there have the worst attitude. I most definitely will not be back.
After a long day of work followed by evening classes, I was truly looking forward to a hot cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the one I received was lukewarm and undrinkable. I only managed one sip before having to throw it away, as I didn’t have time to return for a replacement. It was very disappointing given the expectation of a fresh, hot coffee. Time was 5:50 p.m. on 9/9

Usually an extremely limited selection. When I want something special I go to the one on Palm Bay road even though this one is In walking distance. What things they do have are usually old and stale. I have literally waited an hour for coffee, not always that bad, but the wait is usually long even though they are usually NOT very busy.
