My daughter and I had breakfast here this week. I'm vegan and they made me a delicious vegetable stir-fry. I loved the homemade rye bread and strawberry jam. My daughter enjoyed her breakfast too. The service is good and Mamma Meg is friendly. I'd go back!

I tried Momma Megs for the first time today. I was so happy to not only see gluten pancakes on the menu, but she was familiar with Celiac Disease! I had them with strawberries and it was delicious.

My family and i decided to try Momma Meg’s for breakfast and let’s just say i’m so confused. When we first walked in the vibes weren’t good. Very dark and hodgepodge together pieces of furniture to make up the dining area. There was only one other customer getting food and no one showed up the whole hour we were there. We were greeted by Meg the owner/ Waitress and then she sat us down at a table. Once she came to our table we asked about what she recommends (because after all her whole family runs the place) then she went to go on saying almost everything is homemade and how good everything is. Funny enough she mentioned that her family has celiac which they have gluten free options available. The part that didn’t make sense is “how can you taste your food that has gluten if you have celiac?”I knew my meal was either going to be amazing or absolutely nasty and overrated. Since Meg said the orange juice was freshly squeezed we decided to give it a chance. When it came to the table let me tell you this is was certainly not freshly squeezed. The silver wear on the table still had food still stuck on it ?. I ordered a omelet with wheat bread and hash browns. The food itself took over 30 minutes to come out and although it was edible, nothing was hot the best thing was the toast and thats says a lot. Nothing was “homemade” all tasted like it was microwaved. The eggs and hash browns were over cooked and bland so i didn’t eat the rest of it. Meg (the owner) seamed like she was just trying to survive and was just barely keeping the place open. Please do not come to mamma meg’s cafe!! Very disappointed and we certainly made memories but none that i ever want to keep for sure!Dietary restrictions: gluten free

Food was ok. Service was terrible although the employees are very nice . They just didn't have it together . Very unorganized and completely confused in there. Order wasn't right. Drinks weren't brought out for a very long time. They dropped a piece of my toast on the table when putting the plate down and never offered to replace it. Everyone kept apologizing for their terrible service which made it even worse. We will not go back there. Forgot to bring pancake syrup and when they finally realized it they then brought sugar free which I had dumped on before realizing and I suffer severe migraines from sugar free additives. I barely ate the food and left hungry. My husband really liked his omelette.

On Friday, all you can eat grouper, and shrimp. The grouper melts in your mouth, and our server automatically put in a second order, no waiting. Don't miss out, my husband has three generous pieces of meatloaf with two sides.?

The food was terrible and the service was something out of comedy skit. Our server could barely walk across the very small dining room carry our drinks in her pocket of her apron, and brought our food out and his steam table tray. I don't think I need to say anymore.

We went on Wednesday for the Prime Rib. There were 4 of us and none of us could cut the meat it was so tough. It was the only thing they serve on Wednesday. We were not aware of that but we would never go back. We all left hungry.
