This place is outstanding!

If you're looking for fantastic Thai food in Middleburg, Chai Thai and Sushi is the place to go! It's our absolute favorite, and we eat here all the time. Their Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai are simply incredible – always fresh and full of flavor. My daughter even branched out and tried their pho, which she said was really good. Highly recommend stopping by!

They have a new sushi chef. Max. Amazing sushi. The salmon belly and the tuna tatami are exceptional. Not to be missed

We had a large birthday party here. Had never been here before. Everything was wonderful. The curry was great. We all had a wide variety of different dishes and everyone seemed to enjoy everything. Will definitely go back.

I had the American Dream roll, which would be a fantastic introductory roll for someone who thinks they don’t like sushi. It’s has crispy fried shrimp, cream cheese, veggies, topped with avocado. Try the yum yum sauce. It’s fantastic! They also have soups and salads. Great appetizers too.

The atmosphere was very quaint and very comfortable. It is a mom-and-pop operation that is very well put together. The food we had was the Siam sampler, Tom yum seafood and the panang Curry with rice with mild spice. The flavors of the food were spot on. There was an ample serving of all of the food enough to bring home for lunch tomorrow. This is not a fast food style restaurant it is an enjoyable sit down and eat venue. There's plenty of seating and room for small to medium-sized parties. My wife and I would highly recommend this little restaurant. We will be back for more to try the sushi and sashimi.

Mary and staff are very hospitable and friendly. Pad Thai here is really good. Siam sampler appetizer is also good. Restaurant is clean, too.

this is the best sushi and thai in middleburg. Food is always perfect, staff is friendly and service is quick. (Don’t sleep on the thai iced tea)
