Very courteous staff. Clean location. Slow service - I believe they may have been understaffed. Ok food. All of our food was lukewarm.

Second time now that I put my vehicle description on there website, show up early, and have to go inside after waiting 20 extra minutes for my delivery to come out to find out it’s just sitting there…. Unfortunately I will be looking for alternatives in the area.

Great service,good hot food!

My family and I always come to this location, it’s our son’s favorite restaurant!! There was a bit of a wait tonight but when it’s the weekend, and dinner time it is expected. My family and I busted out some skip-bo and enjoyed our time. Our waitress Abby was absolutely amazing, and our children really enjoyed her!! She is super kind, and has great customer service!!!! The best waitress we have ever had by far!!! We will be back again as always!!!

My family and I always come to this bonos because we love the experience and the hospitality that they always show! Tonight the service was phenomenal and our waitress Abby went over the top ! The kids loved her!!

Terrible management on staff that needs re-trained or supervised. We were seated, ordered and received drinks. Over an hour went by with no food served. 2 servers taking care of about 9 tables only. When asked what the issue was the “manager” stated they were more concerned with to go orders than the patrons waiting in restaurant. Very let down by a location that’s normally very dependable for a meal any time of day. To clarify- the issue was not with the server (Abigail) she was great- she can’t control the poor management above her.

Great onion rings and pulled pork server was very good.

Bbq was good. Service was great. Sauces need some work, they didnt taste so good. But the bbq itself was good.

Everything except the Service 🙄 Food was outstanding 🤘

Good selection of meats and sides. Reasonable prices and cheerful, happy wait staff. Middleburg is our go-to place.
