Not sure why the drive thru was closed last night. The food was fresh and made quickly. They ran out of SpongeBob meal, strawberry lemonade and kids meal toys but offered a dessert to replace the toy. Staff was polite and the dining room was clean.

Last night I say around 7 to 7:30 pm. Me and my wife and my kids decided we were gonna eat burger king. No customer greeting no respect for the customer and For management to have NO respect for customers in this store is unacceptable. Drive through was all the way out to the main road by winn dixie. Walk in , I was the only one in the lobby , and I literally stood there for almost 15 minutes before anyone took my order.Why everyone else was just running around feeling orders. What makes me mad?The most is , I spent $54 dollars in some change. My food literally sat on the counter for ten minutes. And even then my order was still wrong. Our food was cold by the time we got down home?The french fries were ice cold. And I really truly do not like complaining , but this by far is definitely the worst service I have received since I have moved to middleburg. Oh , not to mention the people that I actually walked out and pissed off. To run a busy night like last night.You should at least had about 8 people working not 6.If you're going to have nights like that , you need to take into accountability to call someone in that wants to work. There is really nothing else to talk about. But I will not bring bringing my business back to burger, king. Especially this one.

I had a coupon, and some how was upcharged for wanting onion ring in place of fries. Never had this happen at any other location. Have reached out to the distric manager two times in the last two weeks and have been ghosted. Very sad

Sometimes I just wonder how hard it is to read a screen and prepare said items. Ordered a bacon king and got home to find a whopper that looks like a kindergarten put together. And burnt fries.

This place has definitely gone down just as most of the Clay County Burger Kings in the last 5-10 years. I would give them a 2, but its kind of in comparison to all of the other Burger Kings that seem to get dirtier, slower, the food more underwhelming.

Not the greatest service. This is the second time this month we stopped. The first time I paid for a 12 and an 8 piece chicken fry meal but only received 2 (8) pieces meals. Then tonight I ordered from the value menu, a cheeseburger and fry... And got the cini minis. They were cold, hard and had no frosting.
