I’m a former employee at this location. I’ve worked the twice under different management. First time was great but management was poor. The second time was last year for about five months. A customer was very rude, racist and a liar. Fast forward he left the drive through and came inside the restaurant. Claiming I didn’t take his order and going on. I was the only one wearing a headset during the day shift. So the shift manager asked him what was his order. He explained and the order was ready. Smh! The GM(Mr.Andy) was on boards and knew nothing about the situation. So he tells the customer “I’ll handle her”! I looked at him like “What? No sir”! I asked him can I clock out early. He says “If you leave you can’t come back “? I clocked out assuming he “Fired me”! He claimed “Job abandonment “! Wow! For him to tell another GM if I got hired back he would “Quit “! Lol!I was a hardworking employee, good people person, good complements from customers in person and online. The manager talks to employees so nice but treated us differently. No shade but (Mr. Andy ) needs to “Retire “ already like he said he would last year. Bk is a good restaurant but management is so bad. We are all human and to allow racism and discrimination is very unprofessional and sad.

Okay my mistake but I thought 6:30 pm would be an a ok time to pick up dinner. Boy I was wrong. Will go back to the location tomorrow because I tried calling 2x and it just said person you are trying to reach s unavailable and the line goes dead. They don’t want your messages. So dinner for 1 person $10.00. I can’t let this slide I will request a refund for the hockey puck burger and cold old onion rings. Where is the pride anymore. You can’t get a decent meal at these fast food joints anymore.

I wait to go to to THIS BurgerKing every time I visit Middletown… It’s the only BK I have found that still cooks fresh and Microwave is used… Worth the wait in line for real cooked fresh meal!!!

They screwed up my order again. I specifically stated no tomatoes because I'm highly allergic to Raw tomatoes. I get home and the second bite into my burger was a tomato. I ended up in the emergency room. I should send them the bill for it for their incompetence.

I decided to take my three grandchildren for a treat, we went to Burger King, the manager was super nice, the staff was friendly, my burger didn't have ZERO on it.....so I took it up to the manager because I asked for tomatoes, but they put it in a kids meal, but she started eating it, I take mine up, showed my burger, they were very apologetic, and made it right. Their burgers are always fresh, and I love the chard-broil flavor.. ..soooooo good to get a good juicy cheeseburger. Grandkids got a BK crown....Lol Definitely will be back to this restaurant., nice & clean. This BK is in the heart of Middleburg, Florida.
Parking: Easy access to each street.
Kid-friendliness: The staff had BK crowns on the table we sat at.
Wheelchair accessibility: Few Parking space is large enough for wheelchair ♿️ access at front door entrance.

My food order was good. It came just like I order..no mistake. Food was hot.
My family and i sat in line for over 15 minutes but had a girl running up and down the line of cars getting money and giving out drinks and offering refills the whole time. She was sweet as can be, I believe her name was Laney, had a good attitude and gave us updates every time she passed our car. Definitely visiting again!

Online order, 5 employees walked past without saying anything, just left me standing at the counter when my food is just sitting in the back ready. I got to watch an employee eat an ice cream cone while joking around with 2 other employees in full view of customers and didn't acknowledge a single customer. This is how it is at this location almost every time I go here.

This is the most ridiculous and disgusting place and poor place to eat out I swear they have the most horrible service. I come to get 2 whopper with only ketchup and I ended up getting 2 whopper jr with everything on it. They had such a bad attitude and so rude to there customers this would be the last time I will eat there!!
