I was excited to try this place, as it would’ve been my first time eating at the location. Ordered at 11:15ish. Order was set to be delivered around midnight. I watched the delivery driver crawl slowly past my street and then turn around without even attempting to come NEAR my property & drive off. Called the store. Was told to wait awhile longer as the driver was ‘delivering a double.’ Waited about 20 minutes. Then 30. Now it’s been almost an hour and the store is closing at 1AM. No call. No show. No food. They certainly took my money, though. No more business from me. Pleasant people over the phone, but handling 1 late night order is not a huge ask

Ok. So this has happened multiple times now. If you ADD something to your pizza be aware... we asked for a 16in extravaganza pizza, add bacon. We got a 16in cheese pizza with bacon. We called and we got a replacement, a 14in extravaganza. We paid for 16. The driver and the young lady whom I called, were VERY PROMPT, and nice about this whole situation but this isn't the first time this has happened. So check your pizza when you get it.

I order from this place a couple times a week at my work, and from time to time at home. It has been the best dominos I’ve ever had. Every single time from the pizza, bread, pasta, sandwich’s. It’s perfect every time and the delivery drivers are always nice and on time.

Food is always good and nice and hot but always takes forever to get someone to answer phone and get a live person and when you pick up at the window the bell don’t work for you have honk your horn knock on the window and still it takes somebody 5 to 10 minutes to even come to the window and if you honk more then once they come to the window yelling we hear you the 1st time in a very rude way if my kids didn’t love y’all’s pizza better then pizza hut I would go there they have better customer service and in my opinion better Pizza but then again, what can you ask for when you have a bunch of teenagers running the place and don’t really give a crap about their job.

I know it was a busy Friday night but my visit was ridiculously bad. Went through the drive thru after waiting the 20-25 minutes for my pizza to be done only to be told it hadn't even gone in the oven yet. Waited another 20 minutes in the parking lot only to get back in drive thru line and get trapped by cars in front of and behind me. After 35 minutes of having no way to leave I got to the window. By then, the pizza was cold and they never even cut it into pieces. Lesson learned, don't go to Dominos on a Friday night and don't go through the drive thru expecting good customer service. I was a polite "Karen" and did not live up to my name because I knew it was busy. I won't be back anytime soon.

One of the better pizza shops in Middleburg..I am always pick-up only. The staff is great, they always work to get your the best deal and your pizza is always ready and waiting within 25 minutes !!!
