Food is always good and nice and hot but always takes forever to get someone to answer phone and get a live person and when you pick up at the window the bell don’t work for you have honk your horn knock on the window and still it takes somebody 5 to 10 minutes to even come to the window and if you honk more then once they come to the window yelling we hear you the 1st time in a very rude way if my kids didn’t love y’all’s pizza better then pizza hut I would go there they have better customer service and in my opinion better Pizza but then again, what can you ask for when you have a bunch of teenagers running the place and don’t really give a crap about their job.

I know it was a busy Friday night but my visit was ridiculously bad. Went through the drive thru after waiting the 20-25 minutes for my pizza to be done only to be told it hadn't even gone in the oven yet. Waited another 20 minutes in the parking lot only to get back in drive thru line and get trapped by cars in front of and behind me. After 35 minutes of having no way to leave I got to the window. By then, the pizza was cold and they never even cut it into pieces. Lesson learned, don't go to Dominos on a Friday night and don't go through the drive thru expecting good customer service. I was a polite "Karen" and did not live up to my name because I knew it was busy. I won't be back anytime soon.

One of the better pizza shops in Middleburg..I am always pick-up only. The staff is great, they always work to get your the best deal and your pizza is always ready and waiting within 25 minutes !!!
Whoever is making their pies is doing it rather poorly. The toppings are not spread evenly, but kind of clumped. Last time they left off a topping. Too much trouble to get it remade. This particular Domino's appears to going downhill.
Tried the New York style. Nothing like they said or show. We've been getting domino's for a long time. This by far was very disappointing to me. Way over cooked and not cut right. Bad thing

I guess I don’t understand why if you have a coupon for 2 toppings, you can’t get a pizza with their sauce and 2 toppings. Half and half shouldn’t cost extra either. Not the store’s fault but common sense should prevail.

Order from here on Thursday, later in the evening. Manager called me and said they were behind and if I still wanted my order due to the wait time, I said yes and they said ok we will get it there as soon as we can. I waited and watched my order tracker saw the food was made, I never received my order. I called the next morning to request to talk to the manager to figure out what happened and where my food was. With a bad attitude told me I they weren’t the manager on that one from another location was working that night and they’d have to reach out them. To see how they wanted to handle the situation. I said ok, but the kicker is I had to ask the on duty manager if they wanted my name and phone number to inquire about my order. I work in food I’m not a idiot. It’s not difficult if you are a manager to resolve my complaint and concern about food I paid for and never got. I tried calling the store that night and no one answered at 10:30 . Here I am Saturday and guess what no ones called me to tell me where my pizza is.. or my money. By the looks of some reviews dominos is getting really good at not getting food delivered. This location had no interest to deal with my situation, if you did you wouldn’t of jump my back about the situation were that day when my complaint was regarding the night before and you would of asked me questions about my order , for insistence my name is a good start.

I ordered pizza for my sons class the last day of school. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating. Staff was so nice and the kids loved the pizza. It’s was better than Pizza Hut and better priced

Have to give this store a shout out. Been ordering from them once a week for family night for years. All the kids birthday party pizzas and chicken come from here. Always on time / fast, hot and delish, zero mistakes, the drivers are all courteous and friendly. Thank you
