Why is it so hard.Order sausage sandwich got bacon. Bread not toasted like should be...ordered bagel and cream chesse. They charge me for 8oz of cream chesse and gave me 1.5oz. So I paid extra and got trash.

You will spend 20 minutes in line. They always ask me to repeat my order and still get it wrong. Coffee never tastes like the other dunkins around, like they’re using sink water to brew it. The inside is clean and nice. Parking lot is a nightmare but that’s not their fault. Get a new owner.

Poor design in parking lot. Be aware. If you park on the right you may be trapped by drive-thru cars!

I had the most simple order - a large Mocha. What I received is far from what I ordered, and no one even mentioned ice. I wasn’t there to correct the situation, but when the person who picked up my order questioned whether this was a mocha, the employee responded “yes”. If this is what your employees think a mocha is, I highly suggest you shut down for a day to retrain because this is lacking common sense.
