I asked why my drink wasn’t filled all the way and the gentleman at the window said “that’s what you get for ordering light ice”. I order light ice every day and have never received a less than full drink.
It’s fine if that’s the new standard and I’ll know not to order it going forward but it could have been explained better and not in a rude manner.

This dunkins staff is going downhill. Twice this month they have forgotten items i had ordered. The first time i reminded them and when the girl handed me the food she looked at me kind of weird and tbh i threw the food away cause i didn’t trust her after i was given a mischievous look lol this time was missing some hashbrowns but running behind for work so i didn’t have time to go get them. I shouldn’t be worried about having missing items anyway! Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Dunkin or shop. The staff here sucks!

when i ask for light ice they always do it properly because i have to walk away at work my drink doesn’t get AS watered down and my donut is always good:) service is friendly as well.

The food is fine. The coffee as well. It’s the people there. They are so unnecessarily rude. Guys it’s Dunkin and i get you deal with horrible people on the daily but there’s no reason to also be so rude to customers who aren’t awful.

I went mid day and they were out of my first 4 selections. Also no medium or large cups or creamer. I tried to ask what a food item contained but all the lady said was "no idea. I haven't tried it." I tried one of the two flavor of munchkins available but could not eat more than one. They were very old and dry.
Liz, the young woman who i was unfortunate enough to deal with was extremely rude. When you have a guest that is clearly unsure at how to use the app to order something you can expect a mistake to be made. I mistakenly ordered a medium instead of a large. My fault, yes. But when i asked for help ordering through the app Liz admitted she didn't know how. Poor Service , poorly run store. I earned a reward that was screwed up because of one person

I was getting my daily donuts and i overheard a man(employee) deny a female employee a bathroom break because he said he is “not in charge” which is illegal. also my donuts were very hard. Do not recommend going to this location

I stop there regularly, they are my preferred DD along my route to work. I gladly pass up two others because I have the best experience on average here. I would estimate 8 out of 10 stops they do well. They do drop the ball on occasion but will make good when you point out their shortcomings…

I’m in town from Orlando and today was my 4th day in a row coming in the morning with a long drive thru line. There’s nothing quick about it that’s for sure, but you know what? The coffee has been perfect every time. I stopped getting Dunkin ANYWHERE in Orlando because literally which ever location I go, it tastes nasty. And I don’t get anything special. Just a cold brew with cream and liquid sugar. I’m even grabbing an extra coffee today on my way home.
