This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.
The food is absolutely awful.. burnt, cold, dry, and low quality. The croissant was flattened and inedible, the sandwich burnt, and the hash browns old dry and cold.
The service is even worse, the staff look miserable, act like they hate their jobs, and clearly don’t care about customers or the quality of the food. There’s no effort, no friendliness, and no pride in what they serve.
If you value your money, your time, and your health, DO NOT STEP FOOT in this place. Other Dunkin’ locations know how to prepare food and treat customers, but this one is an absolute disgrace.

On Monday 8.25.25 @ 11am. I visited this location and had a great experience with staff getting my order. The inside & outside was well organize and clean. I observe a representative in particular his name was Jay who was the Lobby Leader and did an outstanding job offering excellent customer service. Jay welcomed & said goodbyes to customers Blessing them on their way out to rest of the day. It made my start if the day at positive one. Thank You!

They always forget donuts and hash browns in the bag I’ve worked for busy Dunkin’ Donuts before and this would never be acceptable. When you call they don’t offer much solution just excuses.

This location is honestly a mess. The manager is rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn't care about customers or staff, treating them both with disrespect. Every time I come in, the atmosphere is tense, the employees look stressed, and the service is slow. When I tried to politely point out a wrong order, the manager snapped at me instead of fixing the problem. Totally unprofessional. I love Dunkin' in general, but a store is only as strong as its leadership, and this one is failing badly. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest Dunkin' corporate take a closer look at how this location is being run. Do better.

Because I've been here before and had a good experience is why I'm rating a 3 and not a 1. I went here to get donuts for the family and was advised they had 5 total plain donuts left. It's Dunkin DONUTS. How do you not have donuts?!?!?

I doordashed my food pretty often from this Dunkin and every time it’s disappointing. I refuse to complain to DoorDash because it’s not their fault. I got a sweet black pepper bacon croissant, and it had three singular pieces of bacon on it. At first, I thought they forgot the bacon, but at least I got three pieces I guess. My hash browns are cold and hard. Feels like I got the ones that were sitting for awhile- when they literally take less than 60 seconds to warm up.
My advice for future customers: literally choose any other Dunkin. I’m tired of paying double the amount on DoorDash and not even getting my food made correctly.
I called my coworker to share the experience with her, because we both constantly run into issues. She told me she went through the drive thru this morning, and asked for extra butter on the side- and they gave her an attitude and said they already put one in the bag.

I wish they would teach all of them that a Brown Sugar Shaken espresso means you shake it up.
Not going to lie normally love coming here but was very sad that me and my husband got two blueberry sweet teas and payed for one of them to taste bad and when I asked she had admitted that she didn’t have enough sweet tea so she used Unsweet in mine which thank goodness I tried the teas inside I would have just ordered something different if she would have been honest but the last second I got something else because I was not offered a refund which also ended up tasting bad. I will say don’t come after 6:30 it was very clear they were using up what was left of what they had laying on the counter

They where so kind I tryed their blueberry munchkins omg so good but still love there chocolate munchkins but there snack bacon wasn’t that good I ordered it 2x’s each time it only Taste Like bacon no sweetness to it at all
