What a nice crew! Hanna has always been one of the nicest people I've ever met behind a Dunkin Donuts counter. She's very thoughtful and detail oriented in taking orders from her customers. The crew is amazing as well and seem like a group of people that offer excellent teamwork and trust. I would expect that these folks would be nice to work with in any industry. Thank you!

I've been going to this location for years now. It's always nice and clean. The employees have always been nice. The only negative thing is that there are times when there is only one person working and that can cause a cluster of people waiting on orders and this place is small. And worse of all, the employee looks overworked.

I come to this Dunkin at least 5 times a week. This morning I splurged and got a large coffee and added a shot because I had a free coffee from my points. Somehow when I ordered it didn’t attach the free coffee, so I paid 7$ for the coffee (which I know is normal price) however I normally only try to spend 3-4$ on my coffee so I only get medium and no shot. I went in and asked if they could just refund the coffee and rering it so I could use my free one. The coffee was still getting paid for, I just wouldn’t have order the extra if I didn’t have the rewards. The “manager” said “we’re just going to use the coupon next time”. It was just so inconsiderate to not even consider trying to fix the issue. For someone who comes almost every weekday morning, this Dunkin’ really let me down. I work in the service industry, it’s all about doing what you can to make it right for the customer and going the extra mile for the loyal customers.
