My girlfriend and I were hungry. We're out running around. We slid in this location about 845 last night only ones in there so the crew was kind of bullshitting with us while we were eating too. It was a good time. I had their limited time French dipwow it is an amazing if you like a French dip sandwich. wow it is a amazing if you like a French dip sandwich.💪🏼 And we both tried their french fries wow the best french fries I think I've had outside of like Zaxby's or Sonny's or something like that better than any fast food french fries

From the moment i walked in, I was treated kind and very upbeat. They were so attentive to my requests which made all 4 of us have another positive experience. We will always pick the Middleburg location for subs over any other!

I have just had surgery on my foot and the lady was so kind and carried my bags to the truck. Again above and beyond just to make sure I had a great day!

Ordered online sloppy bottom of the bread was wet. They didn't follow the ticket I always wait forever so ordered online an it was terrible had to get them to remake it the that of course took forever. Won't be back to this location !

spent $15.47 on one large sandwich it took them two minutes to get to the counter because they were sitting in the lobby talking sitting at a table. I ordered my sandwich and she said we will call you when it’s ready. No thank you or anything whenever my sandwich was complete she said turkey bacon ranch finished and slammed it on the counter. It is not in a bag or anything and this is a to go order so I politely grabbed my sandwich to say thank you she said welcome. Have a good day with no good tone behind her voice or anything. The whole staff today was uncalled for and there needs to be investigation on this because nobody wants to eat at a place where they’re not going to be greeted as they come in the door and then spend a crap ton of money and get told have a good day in an ugly tone.

Went in there to pick up a sandwich I placed online this past Thursday afternoon and let me tell you, they were the loveliest helpful sweet women in any store in a long time. Absolutely perfect sandwich and in love with those fries.
