Quantity and quality of their sandwiches appear to have improved. Very satisfied with their Firehouse Hero. My wife was pleased with the Engineer. Also, I very much appreciate the no-cost veteran's meal. Friendly staff.

The over all experience I had at this location was incredible I was immediately greeted by Mary Beth who then promptly took my order and even reminded her other employee of my ranch on the side which I forgot to mention at the beginning of my order! She was friendly and smiled she seemed to truly enjoy her role of taking care of me as her guest. Amazing work!

Went in there less than 15 before closing. I don’t like doing that but I opened the door and it was a “welcome to firehouse” with a smile. I asked if it was too late they said no for and made me a damn good sub. It’s 6/14/24 and whoever is working tonight should get a raise

Set up is just like every Firehouse, but what makes this a 5 star would be the Employees. They are friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed before leaving when I have a large order and they put it together in a timely manner when they were slammed with orders. They were focused on each order and customer coming in the door. I also got a really good deal on my order because I ordered through the app. Overall, great experience and I would definitely order here again.

This Firehouse subs location is hands down, the BEST LOCATION!!! The entire staff is very helpful, professional and welcoming! I'm not an easy customer and my kids run wild. That's the truth. I don't mean to be difficult and i'm sorry about my kids. I'm so grateful for this location. Kingsley location is much closer but this location is so much better. It will continue to drive out of the way, because of this great crew. It's not just 1 or 2 people.They had a lot of staff inside today. This location is blessed with several great ALLSTARS.

We ate here last night and picked up food for my parents. When we walked in it was nothing but teenagers talking and goofing off. The order was ready when we got there so we got it and left. Then by the early morning me, my boyfriend, and mother all were puking and had diarrhea. We definitely have food poisoning from here as we had not eaten anywhere else the entire day. Last problem we had here, I had mold on my bread! Although we will not be back, please do better for other people!!!
